Elizabeta's POV

It's been two years since the day I broke up with Roderich and Gilbert leaving to Germany. I'm still trying to get over both. But most of the time, my friends just remind me about the good qualities of not having Roderich and how I can contact Gilbert online.

"Hey, Eliza!" I heard Bella exclaimed as she walked next to me, more like running, out of school. Everyone seemed excited for summer vacation. One more year that then I'll be in college. But all my friends were going to be gone. Bella's going to a vacation in Belgium, Mei's going to visit her family in China for a whole month, and Gilbert's only on the Internet since he's in Germany. Well, there's Kiku, too but he's going with Mei to China. I just wonder why. So I guess my whole summer vacation will be locking myself up in my room like a caged animal, on my phone and laptop.

"Hey, Bella," I said and faced her as we were free from the mob of students rushing out of the school. I sighed in relief as I pulled out my phone out of my pockets and my headphones out of my backpack. I put my headphones on my neck and plugged it in to my phone.

"Where did Mei go?" I asked. "Kiku and her got picked up right after school to go to the airport. People are going everywhere during summer vacation," Bella said. I sighed and nodded. "Not me," I replied. Bella patted my back. "Cheer up, girlfriend. Maybe you'll find a cute guy! Mei already has Japan, and have you seen Belgian guys? Oh my God!" Bella squealed.

"I wanna hang out with you for a bit. When are you leaving to the airport?" I asked. Bella checked her watch and shrugged. "Maybe at like, at 10:00 today. But it's tonight so we'll have time to hang out," Bella smiled. My eyes widened as I just remembered something.

*flashback*

"So your not staying for dinner?" I asked. Prussia shook his head. "You mom's cooking is amazing. I wanted to have it one more time before I go," Gilbert said and put his hands in his pockets. "I understand. So, when's your flight?" I asked. Gilbert pulled out his hand from the pocket and checked the time. "Tonight at 10:00," Gilbert said. I nodded and took my seat at the table.

*end of flashback*

"...and then that freak Alfred kept on telling me to shut up and he's the one talking! Um, Eliza are you even listening to me?!" Bella asked loudly, snapping myself out of my thoughts. "Sorry. I just remembered something," I said and Bella had her attention to me. "Was it when I mentioned 10:00?" Bella asked. I nodded. "It's the exact time when Gilbert's flight to Germany was," I said and looked down at the floor.

"Perfect!" Bella exclaimed. I raised my eyebrow and looked at her. "What are you talking about?" I asked. Bella started to squeal like a fan girl. I looked at her with a puzzled look on my face. "You know how you broke up with Roderich and your still a bit sappy over the breakup because your a single lady?" Bella asked. I sighed and put my hands in my pockets.

"I'm not sappy over that!" I exclaimed, denying it. Bella rolled her eyes. "Yeah stop denying it and let me get to my point! If you miss Gilbert that much maybe you like him!" Bella exclaimed. It was at that moment I had another flashback.

*flashback*

"I'll really miss you, Gil," I said. Gilbert sighed and nodded. "You know, if you kissed me right now I'll have something else to remember," Gilbert said with a grin. I sighed and gave him a quick kiss on the lips. I pulled away, flustered. "I hope you like German Sparkle Party," Gilbert said and laughed. I snickered.

*end of flashback*

"So, what do you think? You got a bæ or nah?" Bella asked and lightly elbowed me shoulder. I shook my head and chuckled. "I like him as a friend and a friend only," I said and stopped walking when we were at my house already. Bella and I walked up to my room where it was rid of Roderich pictures. It took me a full year to get rid of all of them.
