You and me against the world,
It has always been like that
We lived very different lifestyles
Bonded over our struggles
And the sisterhood we've created
We've been friends since we were 13
I remember everything
Like how I thought it was the end of us after graduation
To roaming around the city with my best friend
It was like we were 13 again
Pretending we had no responsibilities
And that we didn't owe the world anything
You have always been there for me
Even though life has kept a distance between us
We've managed to come back to each other
To share our stories of heartbreaks and success
Our friendship can crush long distance relationships
My friend,
You are my hero.
Beautiful,
Sweet and kind,
Strong and bold,
Smart and honest.
You mean so much to me
And you are more than enough.
