Edit: THIS LIST WILL BE UPDATED AS I JOIN MORE FANDOMS.
Thought you ought to know.

HEADS UP: If you find your OC on here as a Character Critique and you were not the one who sent it to me and you want it taken down, please tell me. If you see your OC on here as a Sue Review, talk to me about it, and please don't be rude about it. I'll be willing to take the entire review down, but if you'd be okay with me leaving it up and just removing the artwork, that would be great. If your OC is on here as a Mary Sue Review, please take my criticism as motivation to get better! If you see watermarks on any artwork that would give away the maker of the OC, tell me immediately and do not, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, harass any author you find on here. Ever.
So, I'm MCtheDoodler, but y'all can just call me MC. I've been on the Internet for...years. I don't actually know how long. Less than ten. But then again I'm 15 so that should make some sense. Anyways, I'm from Oklahoma, so I'll occasionally use some slang you guys might not recognize. Just ask. I promise I won't bite. Anyways... I'm not really sure what to say about myself, so let's just get on with talking about the book itself.
So this book is going to pretty much just be a collection of OC reviews. I'd prefer you guys not send in other people's OCs...unless it's for a Sue Review. If you don't know what a Mary Sue is, then go Google it. We'll wait.
Back? Great.
The traits I associate with Mary Sues usually have less to do with how she looks and more of how she interacts with the universe she's in. In certain universes, having silver hair that turns black when you're angry and red eyes can be excusable. However, if you make the silent emotionless character throw themselves at your character's feet...we're gonna have a problem. Unless you have a very good reasoning, explanation of how it all happened, and a darn good plot, I'm going to have Sue Sirens going off in my head like crazy. If you submit your own OC in, I'll do my best to be nice about most things. Unless you ask me to not hold back. Just understand that if you ask me to do that I'm going to be tearing your character apart at the seams to make sure everything fits with canon, and I'm going to be a lot less nice about the big things. I won't be rude to you personally unless you're rude to me, though. Quick heads up, I have zero chill when it comes to Sue Reviews. Thus, every single flaw will have a greater reaction in a Sue review vs a regular OC review. It's more fun to write that way, and (hopefully) more entertaining to read. Anyways, let's get on with the second part of the chapter title before I go on a rant:
Fandoms.

Here are the Fandoms that I follow closely and know most of the rules of:
RWBY
Sherlock
Hetalia
Phoenix Wright
Vocaloid
The Elder Scrolls (mainly Skyrim)
Undertale
Attack on Titan
Miraculous Ladybug
Voltron
Homestuck

The Fandoms I don't follow too closely, but I still know what I'm talking about:

Steven Universe
Fire Emblem (I've looked in to it a lot...but I've only played Awakening and Fates so)
Doctor Who (I'm behind on the current seasons, but aside from that I'm good.)
Nintendo franchises in general.
The Devil is a Part Timer
My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic
FNaF
Sailor Moon
Harry Potter
Gravity Falls
Marvel
DC (kinda)

The Fandoms that I'm kinda there but????? I can look up whatever I need to so uh:

Star Wars
Persona
Carmilla
Sonic
Creepypasta

So, yeah! Everything I could think of when writing this up. That being said, keep an eye on this list. Some things may come, a few things may go, the list'll probably move around...etc etc. If the OC you want reviewed isn't in any of these Fandoms, send it in and ask. Chances are I'll be able to give a quick lil overview, even if I don't know much about the fandom it's from. Also, if you want an OC from an original fiction reviewed, send it in. I will gladly look it over for you, although I may have to ask questions about the universe's rules. Don't be too scared if you don't know how to explain something, I know how you feel. I've been building up a canon with one of my best friends for over five years now, and I don't know how I'd explain most of it to them, and they made half of it.

~Website recommendations~
(btw these are mostly because I'm a hot mess when it comes to making characters and stuff so I usually need as much help from online tools like these as possible. You guys might actually find them helpful, too! Also I'm not sponsored by any of them. I should probably put that out there.)

If you want a somewhat accurate test to take for Mary Sues, I'd check out the ones on Springhole.net. They have a bunch of really good writing tips on the website as well. Have fun!

If you need a good character building/organizing thing, go ahead and try out Charahub. I use it to keep track of the characters in the canon I've been building up with a friend for the past five years I mentioned earlier, as well as a lot of personal/fan projects I'm working on solo, for the most part. I mean dude you can keep a hundred characters on there with just the free membership and you don't really miss out on too much if you don't upgrade but you should if you can to support them because they're awesome??

(Sorry if this seems a bit off or weird, I'm terrible at introductions in pretty much everything. Just bear with me, I'll get better as the book goes on...hopefully.)
