Ha ha my homies still

Yeah my homies still

Don't make my goons go stupid, go stupid, go stupid
Don't make my goons go stupid, go stupid, go stupid

I tried to shrink in my seat while my dearest siblings sang to the stupid song, no pun intended. Even Nate was singing. The boys decided to go on the same car. Since it was a beautiful Saturday morning they took the top off of Jake's Jeep with the music blasting off the speakers.

Currently, we were on our way to the beach. I know you're probably wondering why we were heading to the beach near the end of September. Sorry to mention this now but we live in sunny Florida and today was almost 90 degrees out. So basically this is what my Saturday consisted of, me stuck with a bunch of white boys who couldn't rap if their lives depended on it.

I got sick of their very offensive choice of music and reached the radio and changed the station.

You make me glow, but I cover up

won't let it show, so I'm

Puttin' my defenses up,

cause I don't wanna fall in love

If I ever did that, I think I'll have a heart attack

For a moment they sat there with confused looks, clearly they've never heard this song. They reacted just after the chorus. Yeah, they are that slow.

"Oh hell no." Since Jake was sat with me at the back he grabbed me by my waist and tried to pull me back. But I decided to be a bit dramatic and grabbed both of the front seats.

"No!" I yelled, like I said I was being dramatic and proud about it.

"Emily! Shut it, people are beginning to stare." Brody who was by my side also grabbed me trying to force me back to my seat.

"Help me! They are trying to kill me!" I shouted before Matty covered my mouth with one of his hands while trying to detach the hand that was on his passenger seat with the other.

"Okay, chill!" Nate shouted and we all froze on spot after he turned off the radio. Aside from the fact that they were all against me, the scene was kind of funny.

"Guys let Emily go." They all complained but did it anyways. I smiled smugly at them. "Emily sit your ass down," he ordered and when Nate's not in the mood there's no winning argument. I huffed but sat back again. "We are going to listen to music that we all enjoy."

"I swear man, if she plays Taylor Swift or some similar shit I'm jumping from this car in the middle of the highway." Apparently Jake's competing for the drama spot.

I scoffed and rolled my eyes. "Drama much?"

"Or maybe we'll just throw her." He pointed his thumb at me. Bad move.

Suddenly, a loud girly shriek was heard. I pulled Jake's thumb backwards. "Nate!" he whined.

Through the mirror I saw that Nate rolled his eyes at Jake's manly display. "Emily, let him go."

"He started it." I crossed my arms like a stubborn child. Nate exhaled a frustrated long sigh and turned the radio again and after a few minutes of arguing we finally settled on Macklemore's 'Can't Hold Us' song.

We finally arrived and as soon as we were out of the car the boys went to the surf shop by the shore to rent surf boards. I went along to see if they had any cute bikinis since I decided to leave my beat ones at home. I never learned how to surf and, honestly, I don't mind at all. Today I was just going to relax with a good book lying on the sand and forget about the creep with the sticky notes. I had my brothers so I knew I was safe. Finally, I decided on a cute hot pink Roxy bikini that surely would be frowned upon by the boys. My boys that is. After I bought it, I went to a changing room put the bikini on but decided to wear my previous white tank top and aqua short shorts again just so I don't hear complaining until it was safe to take the clothes off.
