"...so in order for me to confirm that you are being tutored I need you to hand this sheet every week with Miss Hart's signature." Mrs. Cooper gave several sheets to Drake. I guess I couldn't avoid this anymore. Time came for me to confide my plan to Drake, the question was: was he going to go with it?

"If you don't have any questions, you're free to go." Mrs. Cooper dismissed us. She only met with us for five minutes before lunch, but how was I going to talk to Drake? We have been avoiding each other since the "confrontation" last Tuesday, and it was Friday already. We began to walk away, Drake a lot more eager than I- "Wait! Silly me, you should talk to each other to plan the tutoring schedule. I leave you to it, you're free to use the room for a couple of minutes, make sure to close the door when you leave." She smiled at us, took what seemed to be her lunch and left us without another word. I stood there slightly shocked that a teacher would trust us to be alone in an empty room. Well, she must trust me to do that, damn, realization dawned on me. I'm more of a nerd than I thought.

I must have been lost again in my own world, that when I came back, I saw Drake already reaching for the door.

"Hey! Aren't we supposed to create some sort of a schedule?" I asked a little annoyed that he would just turn and leave like that, what was his problem?

He turned; facing me with a clear annoyed expression and came towards me. Wow, déjà anyone? And like before, I stood my ground not letting him see that he was already intimidating me. I closed both of my hands making fists just so he won't notice that I was shaking pretty bad.

"Maybe I didn't make myself clear the first time. I do NOT need a tutor and I will NOT be tutored," he said with finality on every word.

"B-But what about the signatures that Mrs. Cooper gave-"

"You do not need to tutor me. You just have to sign the papers," he interrupted, seemingly bored with the topic, and began to walk away again.

"No!" I wasn't going to let him get away with this. If it was some kind of torture for me to tutor him, you're damn right I'll do it.

"What? Are you fucking kidding me?" he asked apparently shocked and confused with my answer. "How many times do I need to say it just so you can get it through your thick head? I will not do it and let me tell you something, princesa. I'm tired of putting up with your shit. You don't know what I'm capable of, so stop pushing my buttons." Okay, is this supposed to be a turn on, because I've read about this many times and believe me, I'm more near to pissing my pants than aroused.

"A-are you threatening me?" Great, nice time to stutter idiot.

"I'm not threatening you, I'm warning you."

"Well, considered myself warned." I hope this works, just reach the door. "But just so you know, I won't sign anything, so good luck, asshole." Apparently I wasn't close enough to the door. When I made a move to open it, he quickly shut it. Leaving his arm pressed on the door firmly and glared at me. "What do you want?"

"What?"

"You must want something. Either way, why would you be pressing this so much?" he almost yelled at the end.

"You know what, you really do have a small brain." His face changed from anger to confusion. "What's going to happen when you take a test and you fail?" and from confusion to dumbstruck.

"Yeah, well thought Einstein. So, this brings me to a conclusion, you need me and I need you. That letter of recommendation is not going to write itself. So here's how it goes." Jesus, I'm on fire! Okay, focus before you lose your badassness. Not even a word, but Mrs. Cooper doesn't know. Focus! "You will meet me at my house three days a week only in the afternoons from three thirty until four thirty. Any other schedule won't be allowed. Do I make myself clear?" Forget Columbia, I should go to Hollywood!

"Fair enough. Now you will listen to me. Not a word about this to anyone. You will not approach me under any circumstances at school or any other public place. Got it?" I wonder why he is so serious about this. I know I'm a popularity downer, but this is taking it way too far.

Whatever, I did not care about him before, so I will not question his motives since he didn't question mine.

"You got yourself a deal." I took out my hand. We shook hands and without another word we both left to join our regular lives.

Hello! I know this is short. I just wanted to get the agreement out of the way and my husband is sitting next to me giving me silly ideas for this story and he's making me laugh, so no more writing for today. Hope you like!
