So even though I didn't say I love you back to Ross, nothing became awkward. We've been through enough. But saying I love you is something Ross does now, and it doesn't freak me out. Of course, I can't say it back yet, because I'm a wimp. So I just nod in response. He gets it.
SO now it's time for R5 to make their epic adventure to Paris for a month as I stay in LA and take dance classes, and as awesome as the classes are...Why do I feel like LA is turning into Boston right now?
I wait with Rydel, Rocky, Ryland, Ross, Ellington, Riker, Stormie and Mark at the airport. But I'm not sad...no one is at all. It's a good feeling, being happy at the airport.
And so their flight is called and I give them all hugs, then I give Ross a hug.
"I like this time a lot better than last time." Ross says
"Me too." I say, giving him a quick kiss.
"Oh, Nina." Ross says handing me an envelope.
"Ross! Is this one of those tickets to Paris so I can come see you thing?" I ask excited.
"No." He replies. "But it is something for you to open when you start to miss me." He smiles.
"That's all I need." I say. He laughs. "Hey Blondie, try not to find any cute French girls. " I say. He smiles.
"Wouldn't think of it." He says. "I'll just get them for Rocky."
"Yea baby!" Rocky says.
"Hey!" Ryland, Riker and Ratliff reply.
"As touching as this is...again, we have to get going." Rydel says.
"I love you." Ross says.
And then I feel it
I'm gonna say I love you back.
wait for it....wait for it...
and then I nod and hug him.
Stupid nod.
It's seems to have satisfied him enough. and they board.
