Q1. What's the name of the book?
A. The name of my first and most popular book is The Guy I Hate Is The Guy I Love
Q2. What is the genre of your book?
A. The genre of the book is teen fiction, romance and humour and a bit of chicklit
Q3. What gave you the idea for your book?
A. Erm how I got the idea? Well last year when I went to Thorpe park to the school I saw this cute guy who looked a lot like Conor Maynard. I discovered Wattpad a few months before I went. So suddenly I thought if a plot with a girl and a boy named Conor. The girl was going to Thorpe park like me and she was rich and in the park she meets a cute guy called Conor whom she keeps in touch with. After a lot of dreams, boring lessons and at dreaming I finally came up with the plot which I was happy with :)
Basically the only thing I kept the same as my original idea was the fact that the main guy is called Conor and also that the girl is rich and the fact that her previous boyfriend died whilst saving her life!
Q4. Can you give a summary of your book?
A. Sure I can give you a summary:
Meet Poppy Hayley. She is a 16 year old girl living in North London.
One day she meets this very arrogant, vain boy on the bus and he instantly annoys the hell out of her. After the first impression of him, she hopes to never see him again.
After bumping into her he knows he has to have her. He thinks that he's in love with her but won't see her again. She hates him and would kill him the next time she sees him.
He's falling for her and would do anything to see her again.
Little do they both know that drama, fights, tears, heartbreak, happiness and revenge will be added when they next meet. . .
Q5. Why do you believe it is a good read?
A. I believe my book is a good read because it focuses on loads of important issues that my readers can relate to. If its heartbreak they can relate to my book, if its friend problems or boy problems my book has it all. The reason why my book is set in London is because I'm from London (yes I'm British and no I don't have a cute accent -.-) and also I have planned out the future of my characters and London is the perfect for where the drama will happen!
