Q1. What's the name of the book?
A. WICKED GAMES
Q2. What is the genre of your book?
A. Its Mystery/Thriller and Romance
Q3. What gave you the idea for your book?
A. The idea of the book came from the weeknd's (one of my favorite artist's) song also of the same title (Wicked Games). I always wanted to write about the things that go through the head of a convicted girl. especially one who was quite wrongly accused of murder.
Q4. Can you give a summary of your book?
A. Aaliyah Marie Evans started out like any other child - excluding the absent mother - she was a bright fun loving kid.
But somewhere along the line after the tragic death of her father and grandparents her life begins to spiral out of control thus resulting in a 3 year stint at a Juvenile Prison for manslaughter. How do you wrap your head around the fact that a 13 year old girl who never before had trouble with the law managed to kill somebody? Now 3 years later, Aaliyah is finally free & she's determined to get her life back on track and live it. But Unfortunately for Aaliyah, that's easier said than done.
Q5. Why do you believe it is a good read?
A. Because its quite a unique plot. you don't get the point of view of a female jailbird and the fact that it is unpredictable. Also i might be biased since I wrote it :D
Q6. What would you like to say to those who read your book?
A. That i genuinely work really hard to write it and I hope you enjoy it :)
