Q1. What's the name of the book?
A. Epitome of an Underdog
Q2. What is the genre of your book?
A. Teen Fiction, Action
Q3. What gave you the idea for your book?
A. I don't remember actually. A lot of my story ideas are really just spur of the moments- I'll be doing something and an idea will begin to jump into my head. In my mind, I build up like a summary and then quickly write it down. From there, I brainstorm and create a plot. For Epitome, I think I was taking my dog for walk. I live near a really sketchy train station, and I sort of built it off from that setting.
Q4. Can you give a summary of your book?
A. Epitome of an Underdog is about Cole, a boy living in a small isolated town in Nevada. Its a one spot drop off from the super max prison, and has a bad reputation. Cole gets involved in drugs, and it leads to his mothers death. Cole decides he's had enough of his home town, and runs away.
Q5. Why do you believe it is a good read?
A. Its written well, I think. I have had many very experienced writers on Wattpad critique it, so I hope its up to par. Its also not something that you'll see on Wattpad usually- the plot line is mine haha.
Q6. What would you like to say to those who read your book?
A. Thank you so much! All of you who leave comments really spur me on. I have never really been confident, especially in my writing. But you all have helped me so much through this wonderful journey! Thank you, just in general. :D
