Q1. What's the name of the book?

A. Perfectly Broken

Q2. What is the genre of your book?

A. The Genre of my story is teen romance :)

Q3. What gave you the  idea for your book?

A. To be honest, an old word document sparked the idea for my story. No matter how odd or funny that sounds, it is in fact very true! I was on my laptop at 3 am on a school night, when really I was supposed to be sleeping, because I had to get up at 7 am. I was bored, yet still not sleepy enough to go to bed; so I ended up organising my word documents (I like to keep my files neat...I know that sounds slightly weird). I came across one labelled 'Story Ideas' and opened it to see what I had written. Turns out I had forgotten that a few years back, I had written short summaries of stories I planned on writing, but never did. The thing was that I had always liked to write on my spare time for fun, but never knew if I was any good at it. After seeing this word document, I decided to add to it by writing more ideas and ended up coming up with the story line for Perfectly Broken. In the end, finding the word document containing my childish dreams of writing fictional stories, sparked the idea for my Wattpad book! I guess you can say that my wild imagination I had as a child has carried on into my teen years, and for that I am grateful that I have not yet lost it.

Q4. Can you give a summary of your book?

A. Violet Brooks is shy, timid, quiet, and the definition of a goody two shoe. She's what you call a good girl. Vi isn't one for trouble. Heck, that word doesn't even exist in her vocabulary.

Although her neighbour seems to be one hell of a trouble maker.

Kaden Maddox is Windom High's resident bad boy. Every thing about him screams danger. With striking blue eyes and a killer smile, this hottie can make any girls heart beat faster.

Except for Violet Brooks, that is.

Why is that? Well, Kaden and Violet have a past and not the best one, if you ask me. Everyone knows that opposites don't attract.

    Or do they?

Secrets are revealed, hearts are shattered, and old suppressed feelings come crawling back to the surface. Are they really your typical bad boy and good girl ?

This story brings you on a journey of; love, hate, and undeniable heartbreak.

Q5. Why do you believe it is a good read?

A. I am very critical about my own writing, so I will try and describe why it is a good read based off of the comments I get on my story. The story line sounds like your typical cliche, but there is a twist that will be released in upcoming chapters and you catch a glimpse of the "twist" in the stories prologue. So I would like to think that my story is a good read because it puts a twist on your typical 'he likes her, she likes him, but they both don't know it yet.'

Q6. What would you like to say to those  who read your book?

A. I want to say thank you to my lovelies for reading my story and supporting me. You guys have been such great motivators when I wasn't sure if I could continue writing. I am so shocked that I have this many people who are reading my story! I would have never thought that something I posted up out of the love I have for writing would turn into something so wonderful because of my Wattpad readers. I love you guys to the moon and back <3
