Home again, I am faced with paperwork. A lot of it. I sit in the kitchen, glasses on, with files and stacks of it surrounding me.
The doorbell rings and I let whoever it is up and get it. Shawn's friends stand behind the door.
"Hey Arri," His friend Matt greets me and I smile at all three of them, Matt, Joe and Sam.
"He's in the lounge, if he's sleeping hit him." I say and they laugh.
"Stop insulting me Swift!" Shawn yells and the boys laugh.
"Leave me alone Mendes!" I shout back as I close the door.
"We're going out A, do we need anything?" Shawn asks as he walks in.
"I think we're okay, I'm going to see Mom later anyway so we'll probably get some stuff then,"
"Alright then, see you later beautiful." He pecks my lips and leaves.
I continue with the paperwork for an hour or so when I hear my phone's ringtone. 1 incoming call from T💕
(T-Teagan, A- Arri).
A- T what's wro-
T- I've been cutting again and now Peyton thinks I don't trust him because I didn't tell him I was doing it for six months and I don't want to lose him and I don't feel good and I don't know what to do,
A- I'll be over in a second T. I swear, I'm coming.
I hang up and run to the door with my keys, I speed through the streets until I get to her apartment block. I hear straight to her door where I see Peyton leaving, sadness sprawled across his face.
"If you're gonna give up on her now, I swear to god you are f***ing up real bad." I tell him as his shoulder brushes past mine.
"But I bet you knew,"
"I didn't actually, I'll call you when she's a heartbroken mess," With that I'm in her flat where I see her sat in the corner of her kitchen. Her knees hugged up against her chest, her breathing short and fast paced and I rush over.
"T! T! I'm here, okay. Breathe, it's alright," I stroke up and down her arm as I slow her breathing to a normal pace, allowing her to cry again.
"I miss him A," She cries as I hug her.
"Why were you cutting?" I ask after a while as we still hug.
"I was stressing, I've had a big role offered and I'm scared to take it,"
"What is it?"
"Alice in Alice in Wonderland,"
"T! That's amazing!"
"But the whole being in the limelight, I don't think I can cope,"
"You can! T this is a huge role at stake. I don't care if I don't see you in ages, I don't mind travelling across the world to see you. This is it! You're big break,"
"But I wouldn't see him,"
"If he wanted to see you he'd come to you," I reply and she sighs; "You have cleaned up the cuts right?"
"Yeah," She shows me the scrapes up her right arm.
"On a serious note though, you can't carry on like this." I tell her and she swallows.
"How do I stop?" Her voice is small and I rack my brain for an answer.
"I don't know," I remark honestly as I begin to boil the kettle; "But I do think we'll have fun watching old episodes of the show," I say and she laughs.
"I'm on the popcorn, you call Cor."
I call both of them and they arrive almost immediately.
"What are you doing here?" T asks Peyton and I stand between them.
"I invited him, can you two just stop?"
"Whatever," Peyton spits and we walk into the lounge.
It was awkward to say the least and as Corey leant over to my ear I was kind of relieved. "A, can we send them out to talk to each other? It's really awkward,"
T's POV:
Arri sends me out the room, followed by Peyton. In my own house.
"Why did you even bother coming?" I ask as I lean against the doorframe.
"Well we start shooting in about three days so I thought it might be nice for us to be on the right tracks anyway,"
"We don't necessarily need to be," I fire back at him.
"T, I just don't get why you were cutting,"
"I just don't need to tell you!" I find myself yelling at him.
"Well you only ever bloody confide in Arri! Why don't you trust me?!"
"Maybe because she saved me from dying?!"
"I wasn't there!"
"Forget it,"
"Forget what?!"
"What I was going to tell you until you f***ed up again!"
"Woah, woah!" Corey pushes us away from each other as our faces were inches away.
"Stop it," A instructs, "I don't know why you were arguing but we're on set in a few days and you two can not be like this. Get your act together,"
"A's right, we're 18, not 6. We're going to get a coffee, and we're not going to let you leave. Au revoir!" With that Corey and Arri are out of the door, with all of my keys.
Arri's POV:
We walk the long way to the nearest Starbucks and order. We sit down when I'm approached by an all too familiar face. "Hey Erin," I say to Shawn's ex.
"Hi, how's life with your boyfriend?"
"Great but I am currently supposed to have learned 200 lines and that hasn't happened yet," I try to get her to leave but she pulls up a chair.
"Where's Shawn? Why aren't you with him? Or wait, have you guys split up?" Corey just looks at me.
"He's out with friends and I am taking care of something now, can I talk to you any other time?"
"Uh, hi Erin. I'm Corey and by the look on A's face she'd like you to leave,"
"A, what are you-"
"Hi Shawn,"
"Hey, I am gonna go. See you later," I stand and peck Shawn's cheek and leave extremely quickly.
"A! Don't go yet! What's gone on?" Shawn asks and a million thoughts fly through my mind.
