"Thanks A," Ed grins widely as we finish in the studio.
"No problem," I respond and place the guitar back in it's stand. We'd just finished his album and I was about to head back on the road. I eventually get back on the tour bus in Nashville and we set off for more tour adventures.
We're on the way when one of my student dancers who is working as a minor comes up to me.
"Arri? Can I borrow you for a second?" Her name is Emily and I simply nod and walk through to the empty bunk area.
"I've started my period and I don't know what to do," She blurts quickly and quietly.
"For the 1st time?" I check and she nods and bites her lip.
"Okay, come with me." The poor girl is only 14, I grab her hand and take her to the loo and bathroom thing below the bunks.
"Do I have to dance tonight? My stomach hurts?"
"See how you get on we can switch around the minors schedule if we need too," I sigh as I pull out a fresh box of pads, tampons and painkillers. "Do you know how to do it?" I ask as she stands there helplessly.
"No, sorry." She whispers and starts to cry slightly.
"No, no, no! That's not an issue okay?" I hug her before running to grab some pants from the drawer.
"Okay, so you do it like this," I show her and she nods. I leave her to it and call her Mom. I tell her everything and I get thanked multiple times before hanging up as Em walks out the bathroom.
"Thank you," She smiles and I return it warmly before telling her what her Mom was on about.
The show passes like a blur and I soon get a text from Kendall.
From Jenner No.1:
Heya! Can my famalam come with me to the show on Wednesday? See you soon xxx
Holy crap, first the Beckham's now the Kardashian-Jenner's- awesome.
I share an image from tonight on Instagram and sigh as we head to the next city I'll be at for a week, LA.
The next day we get to LA and head inside the venue.
"A!" I hear Anna Kendrick's unmistakable voice and run over.
"Hello!" I smile as I hug her. I then see Justin Timberlake and James Corden.
"Hi!" They grin excitedly and I furrow my eyebrows.
"What do you want?" I sigh.
"Some promo for my song," Justin says.
"Okay, at what cost?"
"We can come on stage with you on Wednesday and perform it,"
"All of you?"
"All of us," James tells me and I nod.
"Fine," I tell them. We end up choreographing a jokey dance to Justin's new song Can't Stop The Feeling and getting matching shirts for the night.
Wednesday rolls around and I head to an early soundcheck in the morning. We sit in the arena and do all the jobs that need doing and eat the McDonald's we brought for breakfast. It gets to lunch and we begin to head out as I see Kendall dash in with Kylie aside her.
"Hey!" I grin and hug them both.
"Is there a back door we can use?" Kylie asks and I nod and take them over.
"Thank you," Kendall smiles as I wave to them as I walk out.
I head out into the small pool of fans to take photos as there was only a few of them.
"Bye guys!" I yell and they cheer back. I walk backstage and Anna jumps gracefully on to my back.
"Hi," She sighs as I carry her through to catering.
"Yo," I say as Kendall catches me again.
"Is it okay if the kids come say hi?" She asks sweetly and I nod as grab my plate of food and walk in to the other room to everyone. I smile and hug them all as the kids look shocked.
"Hey!" I crouch down and put my food to one side. We talk for a while before I go to sort out vocal arrangements. I walk down the corridor and feel a pair of arms latch round my waist.
"Hi," I smile and turn round to face my boyfriend.
"Hello gorgeous," He grins widely and plants a kiss on my lips softly then proceeds to walk round with me.
"Arri, your op has been arranged for the start of December and your voice will be ready to use again for new year," Scott tells me and I nod. I was going in for an operation on my vocal chords as I've had no treatment and it's needed apparently.
"Arri! I need to speak to you, urgently!" Jackie, my manager calls and I walk over.
"What's up?"
"Erin Johnson hasn't credited you from music again, this is serious." She sighs and runs a hand through her hair as I sit down at a table with my publicist.
"I don't want to cause a huge thing anyway, how is this my problem anyway. Big Machine owns the song,"
"Yes, but you wrote the song as the biggest artist on Big Machine Label Group at the moment, something will always come back to you to speak out Arri," My publicist warns. "Shawn!" She calls and he walks over and sits next to me.
"Yeah,"
"How do you feel about the situation with your ex?"
"It's not my business but I think some sort of action has to be taken, not legal unless A wants that but definitely a statement needs to be made."
"True," Jackie sighs.
"What about something on the label's social media, then neither Arri or Shawn will be penalised hopefully." My publicist, Tree, suggests. I nod as does Shawn.
"We cannot promise anything though, we can only not direct the story to you. Whether someone else knows is another story,"
"Okay, we'll steer clear of it anyway." Shawn assures them and we all get up. Let's get ready for some more drama.
