"Evan, move a little to the left. Ok perfect. Begin scene!" The director; a funny looking pot bellied man, with little to no hair and a mustache that looks like it was marker drawn; takes a seat four aisles down from where you are currently planted with your feet up on the empty seat in front of you. Evan recently was selected to do a Warning Against Drunk Driving commercial that was going to be all over the TV screens.
You watched the actors say their lines, wave their props and move to their designated spots. Then your eyes lock on Evan. He's watching the director instruct everyone, a small smirk on his face. He must feel you staring, because his eyes find yours out in the seating area. He smiles and gives you a wink causing your heart to skip a beat. You stick your tongue out at him but smile back.

Two Weeks Later

"(y/n) c'mon your gonna miss it!!"
"I'm coming! I'm coming, get a hold on yourself. Popcorn only pops so fast ya know!"
After pouring the popcorn in a big bowl, you rush out to the living room and plop down next to Evan on the sofa.
" Ok I'm here you can get your boxers out of a twist now. Geez." I laugh sitting the bowl on the table.
Evan grabs a handful of popcorn and tosses a piece at me before snuggling close to me, I pray he can't hear my heart speed up a little.

"So what did ya think? And be honest, I am a man I can take the criticism." We had somehow ended up laying down on the couch, well I was on the couch and Evan was on me.
I cock an eyebrow at him, "yeah that isn't at all dramatic" I laugh. "It was good, I think that one girl can't act worth crap, but you were very good."
A smile takes over his whole face, "you really think so babe?" I nod at him smiling as well. We just lay there staring at each other with a peaceful silence enveloping us.

         Ring, ring.
         Ring, ring.
We both groan as Evan's piercing ringtone cuts through our little bubble of silence. Without moving off me, Evan maneuvers himself until he can reach in his back pocket for his phone. He looks at the caller ID and his face immediately lights up like a tree at Christmas.
"It's her! It's her!" He almost shouts at me. Scrambling off me he answers the phone, moving to sit in his previous position at the end of the couch.

"Hey I'm so glad you called. I've been thinking about you non stop." My heart constricts as he listens intently to whatever she is saying on the other end.
So I decide to take this moment to "clean up our mess" which actually meant I wanted to make a break for the kitchen.
Standing at the sink, I take deep breaths trying to make my heart stop squeezing like a boa constrictor, with no luck. I can hear Evan's mumbled replies still coming from the living room. Thankful I can't hear what he is actually saying, I begin to wash our dishes.

Drying the last dish, I hear shuffling behind me, then creaking as he sits in one of the older than time dining chairs. "(Y/n), you have to meet her. I mean she is just....." He trails off in thought. I choke back the tears that threaten to spill over, plaster on the best smile I can and turn to face him.
"Meet who babe?" I'm shocked at how steady my voice sounds.
His sparkling brown eyes meet mine then he utters the words I had dreaded since the night he had mentioned her in my room.....

        My girlfriend.

           To be continued?

A/N: Hello! :) I am not liking the way this story is flowing. To me the writing sounds horrible and idk if I should keep writing it or move on to something different. If anyone wants me to continue it please let me know and I will keep it going.

Thanks,
