"Are you sure about this?" Padme asked as we walked up to Wattos work shop. After the storm let up Anakin and Qui-Gon decided to try to get Wattos approval of Anakin joining the race.
"Trusting our fate to a boy we hardly know? The Queen would not approve." Padme obviously didn't like the Idea. I feel as if she's hiding something, something about herself. But its not my place to accuse.
"The Queen doesn't need to know." Qui-Gon replyed and walked in. I saw Watto and Anakin in there, waiting for Qui-Gon. Anakin saw me and gave a big wave. I giggled and waved back just as happily.
"Well I don't approve." Padme said and sat down on something that was out side Watto's.
"You need to have more faith in Master Qui-Gon, Padme." Alondria said as she leaned against the wall. "He's doing what he can to get us off this planet and save Naboo."
I looked up at Alondria when she said that. All this made me think about what would happen to me. I know I shouldn't be greedy or anything, they probably have bigger things to worry about, but were am I going to go.
I think Alondria sensed to discomfort because she knelt down in front of me and said, "You will stay with me Briste, ok?"
I looked at the woman in front of me, I feel as if I can trust her with my life. And that's a new feeling. I nodded and she gave me a smile before standing back up.

I sat on a box as Anakin fixed his pod, I saw Alondria, Qui-Gon, and Anakins mother stand on a path way a bit up, watching. Their eyes would shift from me to Anakin as they discussed something.
All of a sudden a bunch of kid came running in, saying hi to Anakin. I sat there looking down trying to avoid everyone.
"Wow a real Astro droid!" One yelled as R2 started beeping. "How do you get so lucky!"
"That isn't the half of it!" Anakin replyed and gave me a short look. "I'm in the Boonta race tomorrow!" He said with a smug look on his face.
"What? With this?" The same kid asked looking at the pod in confusion. "You're such a joker, Ani." Another kid laughed and I understood him because he spoke my no longer owners language.
"You've been working on this thing for years!" A girl said. "Its never gonna run." A shorter girl said.
What the heck? If these are Ani's friends then why are they saying these things?
"Hey! Why don't you back off." I said standing up and walking over to them.
"Come on guys, let's go play ball and let Ani and his new girlfriend fix his pod."
They all ran away laughing, going to play ball I presume. I turned and looked at Ani, my face turning red. Girlfriend? Did they really think that?
"Thanks, Briste." He said, giving me a small smile. I nodded and he got back to work. I sat back down and watched again.
Jar Jar decided to help Anakin and was working on something by a purple light beam. I don't really know much about pod's, or any ship really.
"Hey Jar Jar!" Anakin called, making Jar Jar gasp and drop his tool. "Keep away from those energy binders, if your hand gets stuck in the beam its going to go numb for hours."
Jar Jar went to pick up the tool he dropped. It was right under the thing Anakin said not to touch. But the he went to stand up he caught his head right in the beam.
I shook my head and laughed as he yell his tongue was fat. I heard Anakin laugh to.
"You know, I find that Jar Jar creature to be a little odd." C-3PO said as Jar Jar got his hand stuck in the ship.
Qui-Gon walked over to Anakin and gave him something to use. Anakin did as told and Qui-Gon grabbed my hand telling me to move. I saw Padme help Jar Jar and Ani was good to test his pod.
The pod started to make some noise and then it started up, flying in place. I smiled as did everyone else, proud of Anakin.
"Its working! Its working!"
