(Zeke's POV):

This can't be happening. Avery is gone.

Gone.

I stare at the beach towel in shock. They took her. They took my mate.

I can tell that some fighting happened here, seeing as I see wolf paw prints and some blood in the sand.

I pray with my life it's not Avery's. If they hurt her, so help me...

I must get to work on finding her now. I let my claws scratch in the sand, and I suck in all the air I can taking in Avery's scent. I follow the scent for a couple of feet, but then the scent is gone. It ends abruptly, not even a light trail. It's gone.

I hear the thumping of paws on the sand, and I know it's my pack.

'Alpha,' says Mac. 'Find her,' I snarl out, irritated. They were just standing here doing nothing to find my mate, their Luna.

The wolves in front of me cower down, and begin to sniff the air. 'Its no use,' I sigh in the link. 'Her scent ends here. No trace.' I say.

'Well what did the boy in the men's room tell you?' Mac asks, clearly trying to get somewhere, seeing as we haven't been making much progress. 'Alpha Dylan took her,' I say still trying to keep control of my wolf.

'Another male has her,' my wolf snarls at me. 'And he plans to use her as a slave,' he says pissed.

I've been so worried about Avery that I completely forgot about the boy in the bathroom. 'The boy must still be there,' I say to my pack. 'Get him. He knows where she's being taken to,' I finish.

After the boy was retrieved from the bathroom, he gave the ring I gave him moments earlier to one of my pack members to bring it to my house.

We all shifted back our humans so we could speak to the boy.

"Lead us to where Avery is being taken," I demand right after I shift.

"It's in Red Blood territory," he says clearly frightened of me.

'Why would he take her to territory that doesn't belong to him... Dylan is Full Moon pack...' I wonder. "Cut to the chase. Take us Avery," I say threateningly after escaping my short rant in my mind.

I want my mate.

He gulps and then replies shakily, "I can't. I'll be disobeying my alpha. My wolf with fight against me. I can't," I growl and kick sand up in his face. "Useless piece of shit," I scream at him.

"Zeke chill out," Mac says. "CHILL OUT? I LOST MY MATE AND ANOTHER ALPHA PLANS TO USE HER AS A SEX SLAVE. CHILL OUT?" I ask enraged.

"Take him to the silver chain," Mac says, unphased by my shouting.

"I'm alpha, not you," I snarl at him. "If anything I should send you to the silver chains for disrespecting me."

"This isn't getting us anywhere with getting Avery back," Mac sighs. At that, I calmed down. "Well? Notify Alpha Garret, Blood Red packs alpha, MY mate is in his territory kidnapped by Dylan," I say with a huff and look my fastest running pack member in the eye.

She takes this as a signal and shifts, then heading down south to Blood Red territory.

"Fighters and trackers, get in groups of eight, split between four trackers and four fighters," I say and lick my dry lips. "Then head and search in all parts of Blood Red."

Everyone nods and quickly groups up. "Mac, Jacob and Charles with me," I say. My beta, third in command, and fourth in command then walk to me.

We all face the groups of eight and with a singular word they all shift into their wolves. "Shift."
