(Zeke's POV):

I approach the house, stark naked. It may seem strange to a human, but nudity is completely normal to werewolves. I try to act casual, and not as a threat. I pick at my nails, and take my time walking. I can feel Dylan's wolves eye's burning holes on my back. They feel threatened. But they shouldn't. I'm going to save them.

"I have a feeling," I pause for a dramatic affect. "I have a feeling you wolves are being forced to do something against your will."

A few wolves nod in response while others stand their ground, ready to pounce on me.

I look up from the ground and straight into the eyes of the wolves. "Join my pack. We are stronger. We can take down Dylan. I can save you," I say and look across all of the faces of the wolves. They seem much less tense, and I feel like my plan is working.

"Come forward if you wish to join me," I say in a louder, clearer voice. All at once, the wolves step forward.

The wolves appear to know what they are doing. They line up single file in front of me, and one at a time I quickly accept them into my pack.

"I, alpha Zeke accept you into my pack. Do you wish to join?" I say this over and over,.and each wolf responds with a firm, solid nod.

'I have them all with me,' I say in the pack link. 'We're on our way alpha,' Mac responds.

After short moment, my pack is standing just behind me along with Garrett's pack.

"Do one of you wolves know where Avery is being kept?" I question. A blonde wolf comes forward, her head kept low showing respect to her new alpha. For some reason she smells familiar.

But that's aside from the point. Dylan could be hurting Avery right now.

Not bothering to shift, the she wolf walks to the house and gives me a nod as if to say for me to follow her.

"Everyone stay here. I would like the honor of killing him," I say and then shift just behind the other wolf.

The wolf leads me to a large cupboard and nods at it. I must go in the cupboard. It is Dylan's hideout. I shift back and grab the expensive handle. I pull it open to see a ladder, which happens to look like it goes all the way to hell.

But I'm not going to waste the time of climbing. I am werewolf, I should recover fast from the fall. I slip my large figure in the cupboard, and let go. I am now falling.

***

I hit a cold metal surface. My bones reshift into place quickly, and I shift into my wolf.

I hear a thump behind me, and swish around, just to find the blonde wolf. She should've followed me. I'm not the slightest bit worried for her protection, because I'll take out Dylan in a second. But I feel if I turn my back on her, she'll try to attack me.

I still don't fully trust Dylan's pack.

I quickly swish the thoughts out of my head, and turn back around in search of Dylan or Avery. I look into the first cell and see Avery lying on the hard cold ground looking limp; almost lifeless.

I growl lowly, and search for Dylan. I want him dead NOW.

(Dylan's POV):

My pack has betrayed me. I can feel the emptiness in the link, and I feel like I have no power anymore. I will still kill Zeke though. It is the one thing I wish to do before the pack defeats me.

I hide my own body just below Avery's, as a shield. I am a coward.

She begins to breath, startling me. I hold her neck, as a way to control her and Zeke both.
