Execute? Now that's more like it.
I was starting to think my mother went delusional and didn't want to kill him.
At the same time, I don't want to kill him either, but he should get what he deserves.
Right?
I thought I heard a noise in the dungeon so I went to go check it out. I slowly climbed down and went towards my dad's cellar. He was sitting in a corner, staring at the ground. As soon as I stood up against his cell, his head whipped up and he looked at me.
"What do you want." He said in a tired and defeated voice. I started tearing up.
"Why did you do all of this to me? Even when you were sober? I get that you were sad but you can't just do that to me." I said.
"I know but-"
"No saying But." I cut him off
"You can't do that, and I don't care what your reasoning is, I will never forgive you for anything," I said.
And without hearing his reply, I stormed up the stairs, into a random room, and I cried. I cried for hours. I let out all my anger from the day I left the hospital.
When I was done, I looked up to see which room I was in. It definitely wasn't a room my mother showed me. It was actually a hallway.
I walked down it, and came to a wooden door. I opened it and I was greeted by a warm ray of sunshine. I looked out and saw that I was in a field, possibly behind the castle. Like a backyard.
I looked around and saw the hundreds of wolves I saw before. They were all running around, playing with each other, and taking care of the young pups. As soon as they all saw me, they stopped what they were doing, and bowed to me. I stood there confused as what to do.
Then I hesitantly said,
"Um, rise?"
And they all stood and went back to what they were doing. I shook it off and started walking around. I enjoyed seeing all of them, acting like one big family. Some of the wolves even rubbed up against me, licked me, or even jumped on me. It was great. All of my bad emotions went away until I saw something. It was a small white pup, with no apparent guardian, just lying down in a ball. I slowly walked towards it and reached out. Right before my hand touched its fur, it clumsily tried to run away.
It was actually quite comical. I could see the way its snout and ears were shaped, that he was a male. I walked up to him again and saw that he was shivering.
I picked him up, and he cuddled into my warm arms. I started to pet him and looked at him thoroughly. He had bright white fur, striking blue eyes, and the same crescent, in the same place as Crescent. Except his crescent was the same blue as his eyes. Although I don't think he was part of her pack. I had never seen him before, until now. I decided to call him Blue.
Just then, I heard a loud bang, and a flock of birds flying away. It came from the castle.
I ran inside as quickly as I could, with Blue still in my arms.
I couldn't believe what I saw.
