I'm blinded for about a second by a light.

When I regain my focus, I am astonished by the scenery. It looks normal but absolutely beautiful. As I look around, one thing catches my eye. The waterfall. It perfectly just blends in with the scenery.

Crescent starts bounding around, running and enjoys seeing this. I think she's probably familiar with the place because she's wagging her tail so much. She quickly runs over to me and pulls on my sleeve towards the waterfall.

We stand on the edge of the rocks and Crescent jumps in. I'm still a bit weary about this place but I gingerly slide a toe in the water. I immediately close my eyes at the warm silk water. I walk in, close my eyes and just feel.

I just stand there for a few moments, when Crescent swims towards the waterfall, and just disappears in it.

I quickly go after her but stop right in front of the water. Just to make sure, I stick my arm in the water fall, and it does actually go through.

I walk through the rest and find myself in a cave with Crescent looking at me. "I wonder how you found this place.." I ask out loud. I follow her through the cave to an entrance. We walk through and we are in yet again, another forest.

But this time, the leaves are silver and gold.

The fruits are lavender.

 The soil is pitch black.

I hear music every time the leaves rustle.

I look up at the sky and the sky thankfully, is still blue.

I realize that Crescent had been watching me look around and she seemed happy that I liked this place. She started walking down the trail, and we reached a lake.

The water was clear, and I could see everything in it. We walked across the lake and down the trail again, until we reached a small area with some medium sized rocks. I sat down on one and Crescent sat down beside me and howled. She howled long, and loud and it was incredible.

Then a few moments after, I heard corresponding howls to her's and they started to get louder. I heard multiple howls and they all just blended together.

Then they stopped suddenly, and when I turned around, I saw a pack of wolves.

All their eyes were trained on Crescent, and Crescent held her head high, and looked back at them, then me. I was really confused, but then put the pieces together, and I realized that she was their alpha.

I stood up and examined each of the wolves from beside Crescent. I noticed that they all also had a crescent on their faces, but black, and underneath their right eyes.

They all looked pretty similar and nothing really that interesting but Crescent was definitely different. She was pitch black and they were all a mix of grey, white, and black. Crescent had piercing yellow eyes, while the rest had either brown, black, or green eyes.

I found this comparison interesting until Crescent barked, and all the wolves jumped on me and started licking me all over.

I was laughing like crazy trying to get them off me, until I realized, Crescent wanted to make me laugh. She saw that I was not happy and cheered me up. This was the first time I laughed in a long time. When the finally got off me, Crescent started walking again, and as I followed her, the wolf pack formed a sort of circle around Crescent and I.

It was kind of nice actually, knowing that someone was there to protect you.

We walked until we came to a huge stone wall, and Crescent did the thing again where she sniffed the wall, put her ears on it, put her left paw on it and and a door appeared.

Crescent pushes the door open with her head and walked in with the wolves surrounding her.

I walked in as well and nothing could prepare me for what I saw next.
