Chapter Four

Three months later

Poe Dameron was the resistance's best pilot. He was almost the man entrusted by General Leia Organa to find plans for Star Killer Base. They had to find a weakness and destroy it before the republic was destroyed.

Jakku had been where his mission led him. The plans to Starkiller base had been entrusted with a man there.

After getting the plans he began to make his way to his ship which had landed quite a bit away from the village, his BB8 droid following him. "I know BB8." Poe said to his droid.

He made little noises in reply to his master.

"I'm afraid it's gonna be just as risky a journey. We'll get back though buddy. Here keep these safe for me."

He put the plans inside the BB8 droid. "There you keep them safe for me now. That's your special job."

Out of nowhere a large shuttle appeared, landing on the sand, two following behind it and doing the same. Poe's ship blew up in smithereens.

"Run BB8. Run!" Poe shouted to BB8.

Mara Jade was in another part of Jakku. Another village. Someone had wanted to meet her. With a sigh she waited into the small house she was directed to. "Hello?" Mara called out. "Dr Whishaw?"

"You've come at a good time. I just brought out dinner." a voice said and she looked to see the man who had asked her to come.

"Alistair. Why are you on Jakku."

"It's the only place I could run to. Especially since I got given these."

He gave the old school blueprints that had been drawn out on paper to Mara. "Someone...is sending information to Snoke."

"How did you get those here without being caught?"

"I thought I was caught Mara. Until this Sith girl appeared out of nowhere. She was hot! And... I think she was slightly devious. But she gave me this and told me to give it to you. She knew I was a resistance field medic. You need to get checking out the people you've trusted at the learning centre. One of them is knowingly or unknowingly giving information to the enemy."

"I'll get going right away. I'll take you on my ship. Leia will want to talk to you."

"I have to tell you something..." he began.

Mara stopped suddenly. "That is strange... I sense...Rey?"

"Rey?" asked Alistair.

"Nothing." Mara responded. "I'm just....tired."

"We can rest tonight here. Tomorrow we'll go."

"My ship is refueling but I must get word to Luke about the information you've found."

"There's a broken communicator in the back room but I can't get it working."

"I'll get it working." Mara said firmly.

Poe was on his knees, his hands behind his head. "Poe Dameron. That's your name." uttered the woman who'd gotten off the ship. "I hear your the best pilot in the resistance. I'll tell you a secret. I'm the best pilot in the First Order."

"What?" Poe asked confused.

"I'm just trying to make mutual conversation." Rey mocked. Her eyes turned to a storm trooper suddenly. She could sense he hated being a stormtrooper. She could sense his motivations. She smirked.

"He doesn't seem to have those plans. Oh dear. We'll have to take him on board so I can torture him so he can tell me where he put them."

"On board where?" Poe asked.

"Why ironically we're going to the very place you had the plans for. Why look at blueprints when you can see the real thing?"

"Blueprints has less of a social aspect to it." Poe uttered as two stormtroopers lifted him up and brought him closer to Rey.

"Oh there's nothing to be afraid of. Strangers are just friends you haven't met yet."

Mara got the communicator working, without much effort. Telling Luke of the situation. He was relieved to hear she made it safely.

"We found the plans. My ship is refueling, I cannot make it back tonight. I sense her, Luke. I sense Rey."

"Stay hidden" he warned. "If you do then she might not even be our Rey. Be safe, I love you"

"I love you too." she replied before the line went dead.

Mara let out a sigh. She could sense Rey's presence leaving the planet. She wished that she wasn't.
