The Right Time (Together-Part 1)(Completed)

Chapter 22

Zosia

We leave early the next morning to go to Disneyland. It's packed when we get there. Luckily, we bought our tickets online last night so we only have to stand in one line to get inside.

The park is crowded, but not as crowded as it says that it will get online. We make the rounds to as many rides as we can before the hour wait for rides start. We make good time and get on quite a few rides. When it gets too crowded, we go souvenir shopping. We all buy ear hats with our names sewed on them. We take a few pictures and send them to our parents. My mom texts back.

Mom: You look like you're having a good time.

Me: We really are. I bought you some ears also.

Mom: Can't wait. I'll talk to you later.

I put my phone back in my pocket and Dorien grabs my hand. "Your mom?" I nod. "I sent her a picture of us in our ear hats." He pulls my hand up to his lips and kisses the back of it. A warm feeling spreads through my body. I look into his eyes and the blue is sparkling down at me. He leans down and softly kisses my lips. He pulls back too soon. His hand reaches up to my face and his fingers slides along my cheek to the back of my head. His thumb strokes my cheek. "I love you." He whispers. I smile. "I love you too." He pulls me towards him and kisses me on the head. I put my arms around his waist and give him a squeeze.

"Awww." Carly says. We both look up. "What?" "You just had a moment." She responds. I roll my eyes. "So, it was our moment. Stay out of it." Dorien says. "What are we doing next?" I ask changing the subject. "Let's hit the water park." Marne says. We all agree and go over to the water park.

Dorien doesn't let go of me for the rest of the time that we are at the park. We ride as many rides as we can before it's time to go back to the house. We stop at a drive through and get burgers when we are close to the house. Everyone is too tired to go sit down at a restaurant. We go in the house and straight out to the deck and sit down eating our food and talking about the day.

Thursday we end up sitting at the beach all day. The girls under their umbrellas and the guys with us. We sit some, wander around. We even get into the water a few times. I pile my braid on top of my head to ward off some of the heat. We go to the grocery store and get some food. We light a fire on the beach and put our food on a stick putting it over the fire while watching the sunset. I lean back into Dorien, very relaxed and happy. We've had a peaceful week and hopefully the next couple of months.

Friday comes too soon. We don't have to leave until later today, but it's just been such a fun, peaceful week, that I'm not ready to go back home yet. I open my eyes and Dorien's gazing at me. "Good morning." I say sleepily. "Morning." He responds. "What's up?" I ask.

"Just happy that I'm here with you and that it's been peaceful for the past couple of months. I just need it to stay this way for a few more months so I can recharge. Those months that I was at school and you were home seemed like it was so long. It was really hard for me to be away from you like that."

"I know. I felt the same way. Then when everything happened, I was upset because I couldn't be there with you every day. I'm just glad that it's over. We're here now and we won't let it happen again." I reassure him.

He opens his mouth to speak, but he must have changed his mind because he closes it and then leans towards me. His lips touch mine and deepens immediately with a hunger I've never felt from him before. I open my mouth to catch my breath and his tongue slides inside. He moves me to my back with his chest on mine holding his weight off of me with his forearms. His hands hold my face in place while he continues to kiss me. He tilts his face deepening the kiss even more. His tongue strokes mine sensuously. My hands stroke the back of his arms and back. His leg moves to part mine, when there's a knock on the door. We both jump and he pulls back from me slowly with a smile on his face.
