*Marie's POV*
"You ready?" I called to Lizzy, who was drying her hair in the bathroom. She walked out wearing a jean skirt, a tank top, and a towel around her head.
"Never mind....I can answer that question." I chuckled.
"Very funny.....doesn't look like your too close to being ready either." She said, pointing to my wet shorts and t-shirt, and tangled hair.
"I never said I was ready. I just asked if you were." I grinned. Lizzy shook her head and smiled, walking back into the bathroom.
There was a knock on the door.
"Hey you girls ready?" Kyle shouted through the door.
"Not yet!" I shouted back.
"Well, hurry up, you guys have to make dinner." Josh shouted.
"Yeah." Cam yelled.
"Are you all out there?" I asked, walking to the door and looking through the peek hole. Sure enough I saw all the faces of the guys standing in front of the door.
"Yup. Five hungry boys." Ty called.
"If I remember correctly then, you are the ones making dinner tonight." I responded.
"Then you must be remembering incorrectly." Cam smirked.
"Yeah, I think I am. Right Lizzy?"
"Yup." She said from the bathroom, where she was doing her make up, but was yet to take the towel off her head. I rolled my eyes and smiled at her.
"But, that's what females do. They make the dinner for their family....or in this case, pack." Cam insisted.
"Exactly. So how much longer is it gonna take for you two to get dressed." Josh sighed.
"About 15 minutes." Lizzy called, as she said this she winked at me and I smiled back, knowing where she was going with this.
"Why would it take 15 minutes to get dressed?" Kyle asked.
"Well, you know. We females have four layers of petticoats to put on, corset, set our ha--"I started.
"We get it!" Ty interrupted.
"You should've done that when you put on those fancy dresses." Dan chuckled, which caused the others to laugh.
"Good. So go downstairs and start making dinner." I said, ignoring the comment Dan made and answering Ty.
I heard a series of groans, but they all agreed. But then, the groans and complaints stopped, and I heard whispering.
"You better not plan anything or else Mar and I'll get revenge. And you know that's not going to be good." Lizzy smirked.
"FINE!" They shouted, and I heard their retreating footsteps.
*Ty's POV*
"Alright, what should we make?" Cam wondered aloud, looking in the large fridge.
"How about something simple. Spaghetti and meatballs." Kyle suggested.
"Sounds easy enough. Who knows how to make meatballs?" I asked raising an eyebrow. It may sound ridiculous, but we haven't ever cooked anything apart from toast and microwave food. Our moms' never trusted us with the stove.
"I can try to. I've seen my mom do it lots of times." Josh offered.
"Let's make a salad too and show the girls what good cooks we are." Cam smiled.
"Yeah, that's a great idea." I agreed.

We stood back and looked at the kitchen. There was flour all over the counters and on the floor, which is really strange since we didn't even use any flour. There was smoke over the stove, and pieces of vegetables all over the floor.
"Well, we did manage to get edible food out of this." Cam offered, trying to be positive. We just shook our heads.
"We have about 10 meatballs that are burnt, stale noodles, and about 5 servings worth of salad that is made completely of tomatoes, carrots, and peppers." Kyle stated.
"Well......DINNER'S READY!" Josh yelled to the girls who were sitting in the dining area.
"Finally." Marie sighed.
"Bring it out." Lizzy said, but it sounded more like a question.
"Well, here we come." I called. We each grabbed something from the kitchen and brought it out to where the girls were sitting. The smiles on their faces dropped almost immediately. It changed to shock then to one that was holding back laughter.
"So, how'd you do?" Lizzy asked, then burst out laughing, and Marie joined in.
"Fine, it was harder than we thought." Kyle responded annoyed.
"And...." Marie asked, and Lizzy nodded her head. We knew exactly what they wanted: an apology. However, they weren't going to get one from us. Marie's eyes drifted to each of us, until they settled on Kyle. There was a small glint in her, but vanished in an instant. Then she used something that Kyle can't ever say no to.......the puppy eyes. We glared at him, daring him to apologize.
Kyle shifted uncomfortably. He looked at us briefly, then looked back at Marie and sighed.
"Fine. I'm sorry. We all are. Now will you please take back the responsibility of cooking?"
"Nice going Kyle." Cam muttered.
"What? She gave me the puppy eyes." He responded.
"Okay," Marie smiled. "Only because I don't want to be put in the hospital when there aren't any professional doctors to save my life." She pointed at the food. "And yes....your forgiven." Marie teased. Lizzy nodded in agreement.

Thanks for reading.
Sorry, this one was short. Hopefully the next one will be longer. I don't know exactly what I'm going to be doing yet......just kind of making it up as I go along.
