Chapter 2

*Marie's POV*

I turned around, and instantly saw the person I expected to see, along with three other people I knew well.

"CAM!!!!" I ran at my cousin, laughing at his silly nickname for me.

His arms were ready and open when I jumped into his embrace. My feet left the ground as he spun me around. When he put me down I looked over at my other cousins and gave them all hugs as well.

I studied them all happy to see them. It had been so long since I've seen them that a few things looked a little different about them.

Cam, who was 18, had short black hair, and brown eyes so nothing had changed in that department. He was about 5'10". From what I could tell his personality was still on target since the last time I had seen him. He still seemed happy, carefree and lovable. I could tell he was growing out of his baby cute and becoming a handsome young man. I can understand how he can be a bit of a ladie's man, not a bad boy or a heartbreaker, just a ladie's man.

Kyle, who was 19, was Cam's brother, had short dark brown hair and brown eyes. He was about 5'11-6'0". He was like his brother, he liked to mess around and have fun, but was really caring as well. They didn't look too much like each other except for the hari and eyes.

Chelsi, 20, also Cam's and Kyle's older sister, had long brown hair and hazel eyes. She was very pretty and about 5'5". She was sweet and caring, like her brothers, but enjoyed to relax, not to jump around like her brothers' did. (This is why I was friend's with my guy cousins' and my one other girl cousin more) But my sister and her were great friends.

Tyler or Ty, 16, who was not siblings with the others, had short dark brown hair and hazel colored eyes. He was 5'9" and also loved anything that had to do with having fun. He and I were the closest out of all my cousins, he was like my big brother. (He only had an older brother).

"What are you guys doing here?" I asked as we all finished laughing and hugging.

"We came to surprise you guys, well your mom knew, but nobody else did." explained Chelsi with a smile.

"Yeah, but all the adults and the other cousins are coming out later. We decided to come earlier." added Tyler.

"Well, I'm glad you all could come, it's great seeing you again. Have you seen my sister yet?" I asked.

"Yeah, we just saw her, then we came out to see you." Kyle smiled.

"Oh, OK." I smiled back.

All of the sudden I remembered Dan standing behind us and quickly turned to see a puzzled look on his face. I laughed and turned back to my cousins and motioned for them to follow me back to where Dan and I had been standing previously.

"Sorry, this is my friend Dan, and these are my cousins Cam, Chelsi, Tyler, and Kyle." I explained, introducing everyone to each other.

"Oh, okay that makes more sense now." Dan smiled, realization quickly coming over him.

"Hey nice to meet you." Chelsi greeted.

"Hey," both Cam and Kyle said.

I looked over at Ty briefly and we caught each other's eye. He knew who I liked and he immediately recognized the name. He gave me a slight nod, then looked back to Dan.

"Hey, pleased to meet you." he murmured quietly. I could tell he didn't like him already, I had told him that if he ever met Dan then he would like him, but he didn't seem like he liked him at all, at the moment. I'd have to talk to him later about that I guess.

"Hey, nice to meet you all too." Dan replied to them all. All of a sudden, he looked confused again.

"What's the matter?" I asked looking up at him.

"Oh, uh...... there's just one thing I can't figure out." he stated.

"What's that?" I wondered.

"Why did he call you Murry?"

My cousins and I looked at each other and laughed.

I turned back to Dan, and answered, "Oh, well, once one of Chelsi's friends asked me what my name was, but I said it really quitley and Cam thought I said Murry, so that's what he calls me now."

"Oh." Dan still looked confused, but didn't bother to keep questioning. We all just laughed.
