*Marie's POV*

Stood in front of me was my boyfriend's ex-girlfriend.

"What are you doing here?" I snapped, and let go of Dan's hand, and placed them on my hips. We never really got along, and not only because she was Dan's girlfriend. They broke up when she moved to.....I guess.....here. And, they weren't getting along well at the end of it all.

"Nice to see you too Marie." She smiled fakely and sarcastically, she rolled her eyes.

"Do you guys know each other?" Kyle asked looking between the three of us. I nodded. Lizzy didn't knew about her, but just didn't know her, so she kept quiet. "How?" Kyle pressed.

"Well, we went to school together before she moved." I told him.

"And....I was Dan's girlfriend for....was it 6 or 7 months Danny?" She smiled at him. I glared at her.

"Four months actually." Dan said, shifting uncomfortably.

"Did you come here to find me? Did you miss me that much?" She asked, coming and standing in front of Dan.

"No, we're here to--" He started.

"Who told you I lived here? Did you want to come to get back together?" She asked ignoring what he was saying.

"Actually he didn't. If you would have stopped talking long enough you would know that. Hey, maybe that's why you two didn't work out.....because he couldn't get a word in edge wise." I said sarcastically. She glared at me, but turned back to Dan.

"Are you going to let her be mean to me? I mean, what she said was wrong, so why aren't you denying it?" She asked grabbing his hand. I felt the anger and jealousy boil inside me.

"I'm not denying it because it's true, you wouldn't let me talk, but that's not the reason we broke up." Dan pulled his hand away from her. That made me feel a little better.

"Let's put that behind us. What do you say, are you willing to forget?" She asked, reaching for his hand again. He pulled it away before she could grab it.

"Maybe you should know something." Dan walked towards me and grabbed my hand. "Marie is my girlfriend now." I smirked at her.

"Awwww. Danny is that all that was left when I moved? You had to scrape the bottom of the barrel didn't you?" She smirked at me, I lunged at her, but Kyle pulled me back.

"Let me go!" I yelled.

"Mar, calm down." He said. I tried to pull away from him, but he held onto me tighter.

"Oops sorry, I guess I set the monkey off." Amber smirked at me. I tried once again to be let out of Kyle's grip, but he held tightly onto me.

Just do what you normally do......blast her with sarcasm. Kyle said in my head and I smiled up at him, then turned back to Amber.

"Didn't you know that monkeys only get set off when they see an elephant?" I asked her, then smiled fakely. (I have no idea if this is true by the way) I heard Kyle try to stifle a laugh. She sneered at me.

"How would you know?" She huffed.

"Because I'm a monkey remember? But, then again how would  you know since the only thing that sets elephants off is if they step in there own poo." I shot back. This time everyone in my pack laughed, but tried to cover it up, which didn't work very well.

"What's your problem?" She crossed her arms glaring at me.

"You really want me to answer that?" I asked raising an eyebrow. She shot me a look.
