Let Me Kiss You

Emily's pov

We both lean in, our lips inches away from each other, I can feel his warm breath on me. "Hey Ross, we need you for sound check" Riker says, Ross groans. I smile awkwardly. "Be there in a minute" Ross replies clearly annoyed with him. I start to walk away when I feel strong arms pull me back and soft lips collide with mine. At first I am taken aback but then I feel sparks fly everywhere and fireworks explode in my stomach. We slowly pull away and stare into each other's eyes again. Boy are his eyes gorgeous. The deepest brown I've ever seen. He smirks as Riker calls him again. "Thank you" he says kissing my cheek and running to the stage. Thank you? What the heck does that mean?

(After sound check)

I am sitting in Rydel's dressing room and watching the cameras which are showing their live sound check. I laugh at all of them acting crazy as they walk off stage. Almost straight away the door bursts open and quickly closes, I look up to see Rydel sitting down next to me. "You and Ross kissed!" She yells excitedly "w-what? Did he tell you?" I question stuttering "no Em I seen you guys kiss as I went to go get water from the backstage fridge" she responds. "Don't tell anyone, I know I literally just met him but I really think I like him, I got tummy butterflies" I say pointing to my belly, she giggles. "I'm sorry, this is your brother. Is this weird?" I question "absolutely not, this is awesome" she says excited.

I let her know I am going to the bathroom. As I walk out I see Ross smirking at me, an eyebrow raised "tummy butterflies huh?" He asks mocking me "oh god, what the? Are these rooms not soundproof?" I yell smacking the door, causing him to laugh. "Emily, would you like to go on a date with me tomorrow?" He ask as I think for a second. "I..can't..........."
