Merry Christmas

Emily's pov

It was Christmas day today and I was really excited but also upset that we had to leave Colorado tomorrow but I didn't let it bother me. I checked the time and it was only 5:02am so I decided to make breakfast. I made bacon, eggs, French toast, pancakes, hash browns, smoothies and eggnog. I ran upstairs at 5:50am when it was all cooked.

I ran all the way up but carefully because of the baby and when I got up there I began softly jumping on Ross "wake up it's Christmas" I planted a kiss on his lips "wake up wake up wake up" I said again against his lips. He woke up grunting but then chuckled at my childish behaviour and gave me a kiss.

We started getting his younger cousins up who eventually was able to get everybody else up. No surprise there kids. We all walked into the kitchen together. "Wow, Emily did you make this all by yourself?" Stormie asked as I nodded "Let's dig in!!" Gator there younger cousin yelled as we all laughed and sat down.

I was seated between Ross and Riker as we all held hands and began praying. After praying we all ate our food and I was starving so I ate quickly but trying not to look like a pig. I looked up and Riker and Rocky were staring at me "how did you eat so quickly" Rocky asked as I laughed. "Guys hush up she's feeding for two" Mark said as they nodded and went back to eating.

We started on presents and from Rydel I got a gift card to Forever21, and I got her Hello Kitty clothes, some blankets, makeup and shoes. Rocky and Riker got me some earrings which were so pretty and I got Riker some hollister clothes, sunglasses, hats, and towels, whereas I got Rocky the shoes he wanted and a snap back. Ryland got me a new pair of heels and I got him a personalised hockey jersey because he was the only one who didn't have one. Stormie and Mark got Ross and I some photo frames and other little things.

"do you want to do it privately or here?" I asked Ross but he grabbed my hand and walked me into our little room. "you can open first" he said as he handed me a little box. I opened it up to see a silver loveheart necklace. I looked at it and engraved on it was 'Ross + Emily' I smiled at it and looked up at Ross as he nervously looked away "i love it, it's gorgeous thank you" I said to Ross giving him a kiss as he smiled. I nervously handed him he's present and he began opening it.

I got him a skateboard that has different R5 patterns on it. He finished opening it and smiled at me. "no way you got me a personalised skateboard. thankyou so much i love it" He said giving me another kiss as i smiled. We all got our snow gear on and played in the snow until it was to cold and we went inside. Ross and I began packing our bags because we're leaving tomorrow. After we had some dinner we watched a christmas movie and then fell asleep.

-4 days later-

I woke up and remembered it was Ross's 18th birthday. It was only 8am so I figured he didn't want to get up yet and I grabbed some clothes and walked downstairs. Stormie was cooking as I sat on a barstool and she smiled at me "good morning sweetie, are you all packed for Puerto Rico" she asked "almost we still have two days, it's good Casey can come with us just in case though" I said as she nodded and smiled.

One by one the boys came down and still no Ross, so we all planned to wake him up by screaming happy birthday to him. Even Stormie and Mark were in on it too. We all ran into my room and began singing really loudly "happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday dear rosssyyypooo, happy birthday to you" We all sang laughing as Ross grunted.

He got up, giving me a quick kiss and thanking his family as we all walked down the stairs and began eating Stormie's yummy breakfast. We all walked into the living area to give Ross his presents. He got gift cards, guitar picks, clothes, some alcohol. It was time for me to give him the guitar that I got him. The box was really big so Riker came and helped me and carried it back down.
