Ravannah: the beginning

Savannah's pov

Riker just mentioned remembering me and I'm super excited, he's been my celebrity crush since like the fifth grade. This is amazing. "W-what?" I stuttered thinking this couldn't be real "you were at the concert with Emily I um uh thought you were cute" he said as he awkwardly scratched  the back of his neck "I think you cute too" I said as I walked up and kissed his cheek. He smirked really big.

Riker's pov

I wanted to ask her out but it might have been to early, you could tell she was definitely interested. OMG. I don't what to do, I really like her. I think Ross already explained that. Man I want to kill him. But then again if it wasn't for him I wouldn't be in this situation. Erghhhh my mind is everywhere. "Want to go on a date?" The words slipped from my mouth. Fuck. What was I thinking? She's going to hate me. "I'd love too" her words surprised me.

Ross's pov

Savannah said yes to going out with him. But we have to leave soon and had another 2 and a half months of tour. I just noticed the awkward silence, then my mom came in and told us that we had to go now. Savannah looked down but then gave Riker a kiss on the lips and said "hold onto that date for me" and Riker smirked from ear to ear. Rydel called for Emily from the bunks. Emily gave Savannah a hug and said she'd call her soon before attending to Rydel. Savannah motioned for me to follow her so I did. "Are you okay?" I asked as we went outside. "Listen, you need to look after her, she's been through a lot. She won't let you get too close to her, not yet at least" Savannah said "yeah I've noticed a little, she told me about her parents and brother earlier, I'm going to be-" I said but was cut off by Savannah "she told you?" "Yes, she told me everything, I'm going to be there for her I promise. I can tell she's guarded, I get it now. I'm going to look after her" I replied "wow, she has never told anyone. I mean anyone about that. That's real progress. She must really like you Ross, don't give up on her, even when she's stubborn" Savannah said "I won't, I love her" I replied as she smiled. "Thanks Ross, have a safe trip" she said hugging me and then waving goodbye as I waved back. I completely understood. She's worried about her best friend. In this moment I promised myself I would take care of her always.

Riker's pov

She kissed me. I couldn't wait for tour to end now. Ross walked back in and I looked at him confused as to why she motioned him out with her. He gave me a reassuring smile with a "it's personal" look and I nodded understanding. The bus started driving and we waved goodbye to Savannah. Next stop Orlando, which will obviously contain of concerts, eating and shopping for Rydel. Real surprise. For the rest of the night I thought about Savannah until I dozed off to sleep just to dream about her a little more.
