It was a sense of freedom
The wind in my hair
I accomplished my goal
I did it
I am finally my true self
I was unstoppable at that moment
It was amazing
My spirits were swirling
Stories unfold
The praises they give me
Will be untold
I never knew myself like that
Risking it all
But now it is me
It has become part of me
Buried deep in my soul
That will be dug up one day
And seen as light
I am me
I am true
This is me now
I have changed forever
No going back
But that's okay
I want to do as much as I can in life
I want to look back and not regret the things I didn't do
Because this is all we have
