"You must have hit your head harder than I thought." I mutter under my breath and I pray he won't notice the heat rising through my cheeks. Four simply shakes his head, "I think I needed that hit, sorta helped me realize what was right in front of me." My brain races, what have I done? Did he hit his head so hard that he thinks he likes me? No, think logically Beatrice. He probably has a concussion and is mumbling foolish things. I nod, right. Trust the facts.

"Four..?" I ask softly. "How about we get you home, and to a doctor?" I add quietly. "But I don't wanna go home." Four chuckles. "No, I wanna stay here with you." Four says in a childish voice then boops my nose. Theres a little sparkle in his eyes that I've never seen before. He looks happy, not that he wasn't before but theres almost this childish look.

I nod. "Umm.. Well." I inhale a deep breath. "I'll bring you there and we'll see what I can do and not. How's that?" Four grins then nods. In a swift movement his lips embrace my own. I can't help feeling lost and yet found all at the same time. The spark I feel around him and when we have this type of touch... It feels like I'm finally awake for the first time in my life. His long fingers find their way into the strands of my hair, pulling just gently to keep me close. Although he hasn't anything to worry of. I don't want to go anywhere.

We stay there like that for what feels like an eternity but only milliseconds when we pull apart. Four sitting with his back to the wall, with me on his lap straddling him. If we were any closer we would become one. Honestly I wouldn't mind that. But for now, I have to get him to a doctor.

"Alright, now that we've had fun, let's go." I carefully get myself up then offer both my hands to Four. I just really hope he won't really expect me to pull him up cause that will lead no where.

Four and I finally got our things together and headed out, with him holding onto my dearly, I couldn't escape the smile that crept onto my lips every now and then. I know going through the city must seem weird but, I could probably come up with a good enough lie. Four could have been checking up on something, was dehydrated while working hard, fell and hit his head then I saw him. Simple right? I hope...

The tall dark buildings that are what make up Dauntless -well, what you can see of it anyways- is overwhelming already. Just having a thought that this would have been my new home and Four and I would have met differently. It's so much to process, it gives me a headache.

With a muscley number in my arms, leaning on me, I find the entrance and go in. Slightly nervous of how dark and cold it feels, I find myself shifting myself even closer to Four to use his body heat. As young and old walk by us, every single one greets Four. He simply replies with a quick nod and a smile that makes you assume he had a bad break up and is drinking his sorrows away.

"Umm.. Hey.. Sorry- can... Hey wait-" I groan and kick the wall in frustration when no one stops to help me. It's so stupid. Faction before blood my ass... I wince once I realize my pain in my foot then see a tall figure approaching. Yeah, alone ,aside from half conscious Four, in the dark and not knowing where to go. I gulp and hold onto Four a little tighter once a boy who looks about Four's age comes up to us.

He has several piercing I find myself trying to count of all of them but it's a bit difficult. My hurt foot stays up off the ground a bit, making me wobble from side to side.

"Hello," The boy nods to me. "I can see you've got one of our instructors. Would you like to explain what happened?" The pierced boy crosses his arms over his chest, a lot like Four does. But.. it's not as natural. This stance for him seems unnatural. I'll bet he either learned it from Four, or he's trying to copy him.

"Umm, well, it's a long story." I breathe out and shake a little, my foot throbbing and having to hold Four up while he mutters something about a chocolate cake. The boy nods. "Give the idiot to me and I'll get you both to the infirmary." He offers his hand to me and I hesitate. "The name's Eric," He reassures me. "I was in initiation with number boy over here."

As I'm about to give in, I hear several footsteps and hollering. Three boys and three girls run over and tackle Four away from me in a hug. "Four!" Squeals the darker skinned boy, yes I saw him at the Choosing Ceremony. He did a stupid trick with the knife and ended up dropping it. Idiot but funny.

Four seems to come to his senses as he smirks and shoves the boy off. "Move it or loose it Uri." The boy, who I assume is Uri, pouts and huffs. "The stiff can cuddle you but I can't?" He states as if I wasn't there at all. I gulp and look away. I remember a Uriah being mentioned in Four's stories. This must be his friends. He's in good hands now.

I look over to the pierced boy and he's glaring holes into the back of Four's head. Wow.. Good thing Four's friends came.

As they're laughing about some joke I didn't notice I pull aside the darker skinned girl. "Hi, can you make sure Four gets to the infirmary. I'm pretty sure he has a concussion." I ask quickly and nervously. Aside from Four, I've never talked to a Dauntless normally before. She simply nods, looking slightly confused about my being there probably.

I'm turn to leave, limping a few steps before Uri comes up to me and stops me in my tracks. "Woah stiff, party just started. Don'tcha wanna bring lover boy to the doc's with us?" He smirks and wiggles his eyebrows at me.

My eyes narrow and I finally notice Zeke, he's Uri's older brother. I remember that much, he brought Four to my door... We lock eyes for a moment and he gives me a brief nod. I can already tell he's assuring me that I'll be safe with them.

The girl from earlier wraps her arms around my shoulders and smiles. "Come on stiff, whats your name?"

I narrow my eyes and bite my lip. As I'm about to tell them my name Zeke pitches in, "You can change your name if you'd like while you're here. It's tradition basically." He smirks.

I take in a deep breath, with everyone's expecting eyes on me I smile and state.

"Tris, my name's Tris."
