*JAKE'S POV*
*1 week later*
I'm getting out today. Finally. I can't stand the food here. It's disgusting. It literally tastes like cardboard. Jenny and Nicole have become friends. It's weird because Nicole knows about me and Jenny. I hope she didn't tell her. She doesn't need to know yet. Jenny's currently kneeling next to me and clearing out my cupboard.
After about 20 minutes, we leave. We're now in the lift and she's standing with her back to me. I slowly walk over and wrap my arms around her waist. She turns and carefully pushes me back. She's biting her lip, which means she's trying not to laugh.
"What?" i ask her laughing slightly. She then smirks widely at me. Damn, that smile is gorgeous.
"You have a girlfriend, and it just so happens that your girlfriend and me have become great friends." Shit. i forgot about that.
"yeah, um about that. Me an-"
ding
The lift doors spring open and we walk out.
"sorry, what were you saying?" she looks at me sympathetically. I look towards the floor.
"No it's nothing," I know I should of told her, but i just can't seem to bring up the courage."
*JENNY'S POV*
Jake is coming home today. He's staying at mine so I can look after him. We just got in the car and he's acting strange. He's hiding something, and he was gonna tell me.
We drive back in silence. It's him who breaks it,
"I'm sorry about earlier, it's just," he hesitates slightly,"me and Nicole, we. We aren't real," I take a moment to take this in, before replying.
"What do you mean, not real," I'm so confused. What's going on.
"I've always loved you, but my friends were complaining so I asked Nicole out. I told her the situation and she understood. She needed me too. I can't say why because that's her thing to say, but that's why. I love you. I always have, always will."
He fucking loves me. Yes.
"You love me?" I ask him not knowing if he's telling the truth.
"Yes, always." He leans in and cups my face with his hands.
"I. Love. You," his touch burns my skin and electricity shoots through me. His lips crash into mine and our bodies collide. Bare in mind, we're still in the car. I move towards him until I'm straddling him. I pull away and stare into his gorgeous eyes.
"I love you too."
