"No. I brought you back and you passed out instantly. I never even intended to take advantage. You looked hurt and upset. I just...helped you get out of there before you did something you would regret," he's completely right. If I hadn't of gone home with him, I would probably be in someone else's apartment. He saved me.
"Thank you. Um, can you please drive me home? I don't know where I am."
"Yeh sure, but first I'm giving you my number, so that if you ever need anything. Call me."
*JAKE'S POV*
She's been gone for ages. Where is she? What did I do wrong? Minutes later the door swings open and I stand up immediately. She looks around until she locks eye contact with me. She runs up to me and hugs me. She's hugging me so tightly, I'm scared my insides will collapse.
Ask her where she was? NOW!!
I'm about to ask, but she cuts me off.
"I'm so so sorry. I shouldn't of ran out on you. It's just, just all moving so fast. I don't know if I can deal with it," she pulls away from the hug and leans her forehead on mine,"I'm so damn scared. I don't want to lose you again."
Awe.
"You won't, I promise. Well take it as slow as you want," I lean in to kiss her.
After about 10 minutes of passionately making out, were on the bed.
So much for taking things slow
