DAY 9

The day passed by quickly, and it was now Wednesday after school. I changed into my outside clothes. I wore a big black tee shirt, the front was tucked into my light washed skinny jeans, and a pair of white Nike's were on my feet.

There was nothing to do, I had no homework so I was just going to walk around the shopping part of Seoul. Specifically Myeongdong, you can never go wrong when you shop there.

It was now 4:34 in the after noon when I left. I walked to a bus stop, and waited a few minutes before the bus arrived. I plugged in my earphones, listening to BTS. Their songs were great.

After a thirty minute ride, I finally made it. It was somewhat chilly that day, but it was manageable but I regret not brings a thin jacket.

Food stands scattered, many small outdoor shops that were selling hair accessories and what not advertised to people.

"Child! Try a piece of this hotteok!" A woman smiled. Her husband, and son were next to her, handing out samples. I grabbed it with a thanks and she gave me a kind smile while her son waved good bye. I ate it, and smiled. It was delicious.

I continued to walk around, not knowing were to go. Myeongdong was crowded, but it was fun. There was a small stage, with a microphone. Some camera crew was filming people who wanted to participate in singing.

My heart shook as I looked at the vacant microphone after the lady left. I walked over, my heart beating fast. I wanted to do it, I needed to.

"Would you like to sing?" A young man asked me, and I nodded. "What song?"

I pointed to the guitar, and he handed it to me. I bowed as a thanks, and I tapped the microphone two times. "Uh... I'll be singing a song that I made. It's incomplete, but I'll try my best." I bowed, and the small crowded clapped. I strapped the guitar over my shoulder, and cleared my throat while fixing my posture.

"Naman baraboneun nun... Jogak gachi yeppeun kko" I strummed the guitar. I saw a few people recording, and I smiled. I was nervous, but you only live once. This was something that I always wanted to do.

"Sarangseureoun ibsul... Nae chingudeureun naege.
Chakgagira hajiman... Nan algo isseo ne mam~ Shichimittaedo da ara, gwishineun sogyeodo, nae mameun motsogyeo....

Hangeoreum hangeoreum~ Tteollineun balgeoreum. Seolleimeul angoseo, oh, ooh~
Oneuldo imankkeum, kkeojyeobeorin mam~ Ijen gobaekhaebwa.. Your Dream..."

I finished, my eyes were closed the while times I sang. I opened my eyes slowly, and I felt a rush kick in throughout my body. I wanted to sing even more and show the world my voice.

I shook my head, and gave the man back the guitar, and the crowd began to scream and clap. I smiled widely while bowing. I met eyes with Jimin, and he grinned. His eyesmile made my heart flutter, and I waved bye to the crowd.

As I walked away, someone held my wrist. I turned around and was greet by Jimin who had a light smile on his fave. "You were amazing! I didn't know you could sing!" He giggled, and I blushed. "I just do it because it's fun..."

"I love to sing too! We should sing together one day Yuna-yah!" Jimin said excitedly, and I nodded.

"Call." I held out my hand. "Call." He shook it.

"When you started singing, lots of people gathered around! I was so surprised to see it was you." Jimin told me, and I laughed. "Are you cold?" He asked, taking off his zip off.
