Ashton POV
After we get back from Dairy Queen we see a figure lying down in the grass. We all pull out our knives out and walk over to the figure carefully and when we get close we see that it's just Autumn. Summer walks closer to her knife still in hand and screams. I walk over to her then notice that there is blood all over Autumn.
"Sh-sh-she's dead." Summer says tears streaming down her face
"It'll be ok." I whisper pulling her into a hug
"No it won't" she says pulling away and walks over to her mom. Winter and Kellin walk over to Summer and put a hand on her shoulder keeping her from going any closer.
"Let! Me! Go!" Summer yells
"Hey! You can't go any closer to her yet." Winter tells her
"Why is that?"
"Because..." Winter says not wanting to go in pain evident in her voice
"Because you can't touch her or then the police will think you did it and you don't need to see that." Kellin says finishing Winters sentence. As soon as he finishes speaking she breaks down. Falling to her knees. Crying. Yelling. Screaming. I walk over to her and kneel down next to her wrapping my arm around her. Kellin's POV
Winter stepped away a minute ago to call the police. I just watch Summer and Ashton. She finally looks up at him tears streaming down her face and he takes the moment to lean in and kiss her.
Summer's POV
I look up at Ashton tears streaming down my face. He leans in and kisses me. All I taste is tears. Not the sweetness of the sweetness of the kiss we had in the forest. Just tears. He pulls away and hug me. Tears still pouring out of my eyes. I just can't believe she's dead.
Kellin's POV
Winter walks around the houses tears running down her face. I jog over to her and wrap my arms around her. I lean down and lean in about to kiss her but she puts her hand up.
"I'm not ready. We aren't even officially dating."
"Ok" I whisper
A few minutes later Winter pulls away.
Winter POV
I pull away from Kellin and walk over to Summer. I grab Ashton's shirt and pull him away from Summer.
"Go talk to Kellin or something." I whisper to him as I kneel down next to Summer hugging her
"How you doing?" I ask her
"Not so good"
"I know." I say I hug her and try to get her to stop crying until we hear a policeman talking to Kellin and Ashton.
"We should probably go talk to the police." I tell her
"Ya." I help her up and we walk to the group
"Hello." The police guy says. Well one of them. The other guys are loading her into the ambulance
"Hey. You can't take my mom" Summer say quietly
"We have to. She has to get an autopsy."
"If that's what best." Kellin says intervening into the conversation
"It is. Anyway I am here to ask you guys some questions. Would you guys mind coming to the station with us?"
"Sure." Kellin says as we all walk to the police vehicle. Once we get to the police station they lead us up to nice room. They bring in a first aid kit and end up having to stitch up Ashtons head. About 20 minutes later Jack comes in. We all have to take turns explaining every thing we know. They make us sleep at the station. When we wake up the police guy comes in and tells us that the autopsy is complete and that if we want to say our goodbyes and have a tiny funeral now would be the time. Summer automatically says that that's what she wants to do. We all grab our best clothes and walk down to the lab.
