villains

I guess I'll just never get
why you're the ones painted as the villains.
how could something that feels so good
be bad?
how could something that brings laughter
be a sin?
how could something
that brings that contagious
crooked smile on your face
be a crime?
if this is what being a villain
smells like, feels like, sounds like,
tastes like; if your beautiful face
is what a villain looks like,
then I want to be a villain too
