This poem is one of the first few I've written so I decided to publish it here.

I thank the author of The Day That I Died book for writing such an amazing book. You've inspired me so much.

Before I wrote this, I kept thinking of the dream I once had when I was in Grade 6. So basically, 2 years ago. That certain dream, I was dead and my spirit was roaming the Earth alone.

So this is to dedicate to NeonLights1404 , and the spirits who are sad and lonely right now.

Oh and I've already given this to the author and they published it on their book. Have a good read at it!

The Day I Died

How fast could anything happen,
One breath being stolen,
Leads to another,
Another disaster,

The Day that I died,
The day I was lost,
The day when people mourned,
The day when I became a ghost,
The Day that I died,

At the coffin I stared,
For my family I cared,
To that family, I cried,
Cause gravity I had defied,

The life I had loved, lost since I died,
Having it arrived,
Brought nothing but horrifying cries,
Sorrowful tears I saw in their eyes,

Though my body has withered,
And my soul, It slithered,
Beside you, I will be still,
Beside you, I always will,

My family mourned,
My family mourned,
My family cried,
For the day I died.
