If you have problems, yes it's ok to talk to your friends and confide in them, but get people who can really help you. Like if you are feeling depressed, call a hotline. They will find ways to help that your friends never could. And when your friends need a break, it's not because they are sick of your stuff or whatever, it's because they care about you, but know they won't be any help in your current situation. Or maybe it's triggering to them. But please, if you really think you are depressed or have ever thought of killing yourself, get a doctor, call a free online therapist from a suicidal and depression hotline. Do something that can make a good lasting effect on you, because while your talks with friends might help you temporarily, they will only have to do it again in a little while because DEPRESSION AND SUICIDAL TENDENCIES ARE SERIOUS HEALTH ISSUES, NOT JUST EMOTIONS. And while you might not want to have to admit you are depressed/suicidal and have medical help, you need it. So go get it. It will help. Please.
