"Are we planning to go somewhere again? Like the library?" I said.
"Ummm..no I guess.. why?" Said Katie.

"Nothing..just asking!" I said and gave her a fake cheerful smile.
"What are you up to now?" She said and raised her eyebrow.
"Ummmm...I..have detention" I said.
"Your lying Eve" she said.
"Noooo.. I'm not."
"Eve, I'm your bestfriend okay. And I know you're lying."
"Come on, Kat.I do have detention Kat, I did tell you this morning right?" I said, trying to sound a bit serious.
"Maybe.Soo you're sure you don't want to skip it?" She said.
"No." I said.
"Fine suit yourself Eve. I'm going home.Just don't do anything wrong okay" She said and went home.
Fewww..that was close. Now I have to text mom again.
To : Mom
"Hey mom , I'm gonna come home late today. I got detention class ."

A few minutes later , mom replied me back.
"Hi Evelyn dear! Why did you got detention??? Did you do something wrong at school?"
Mom
" Ughhmm..Long story. I'll tell you when I get home! "

"Okay then. Be careful okay? And be back home as soon as possible at 5!
