Dear Cameron,
I know you might be surprised that I'm writing to you a letter right now. Well, a lot of things have been going on lately and I barely don't even know where to start. Remember my fiancé, Rick, who was my soon-to-be husband? Well, I went to his place about everything, and he got really pissed off and mocked me. But after a few days later, he came back, apologized and left.
I realized now that, love isn't something that you can have and not have it back. It's not like some lovey-dovey thing you could play with it too. And love, there, you'll feel pain, you'll face arguments or disagreements, but then, it's worth because of even you're hurt you know deep down you still love that person. And believe me, you'll know it.
And I fold the letter and sent it to him.
The next day I went to the beach for the sun to set. As I look upon the sunset, I said to myself, "If only you were here with me..".
"And if only you could hear me"
In shock, I turned around, to my surprise, there was Cameron, smiling while heading towards me.
"Y-You're here?"
"If you don't want me to go then-"
"Stay!"."Okay", and went to stand by my side.
"Wasn't this our favorite hang out spot when we were young?"
"Yeah...", and I felt his hand touched my hand as I look up at him. Then I slowly wrapped my hands around him and locked my eyes on him. I also felt this warm feeling, it felt so comforting, as if it wasn't there for a very long time and came back again. Instantly, I feel tears began to form around my eyes and ran down to my cheeks.But the only difference was that this time it was tears of joy.
"I love you, Cameron", as I hugged him tightly. He smiled, "I love you too, Eve", and kissed my forehead.
