Suddenly my eyes were locked on the photo that was beside. It was a photo of me and Cameron. It was taken during our graduation in high school.
"Hey, look I'm sorry ab- "
"Just forget it", and I sighed deeply.
"Hey, I don't know if we'll ever meet again or never will, let's just hope we'll see each other again", and reach out his hand to shake my hand. I shake his hand and he took my hand slowly to his face and kissed it as he looks at me, "see you again" and he left.
Indeed I was very angry about and I was heartbroken by what he did to me. But recalling about that day, remembering the way he looks at me, I've felt something different.
"Huh, I thought never look at those photos again", my mom said suddenly.
"Yeah.. hey ugh mom, can I ask you something?", as I turn to face my mom who was sitting in an armchair while knitting a scarf. "Of course, you can ask me anything sweetie"
"Is it worth loving someone even if they have hurt you many times?"
"Well, it depends. If you're okay with it, then it is worth loving. But the most important is, to follow your heart. My advice can't determine if you should love that person or not. But Eve, everyone makes mistakes. Noone is perfect, if there is a person man out there, you wouldn't be asking me this question anymore, would you?",and suddenly she stops what she was doing and stared at the scarf for a moment and continued,"I remember once when your dad and I had a huge fight a long time ago. I was very close to leaving him, but then I remembered that about us, all three of us, as a family. I thought to myself that if I left, there wouldn't be a solution to it "
I frowned as gave slight sigh.
"You loved him for a very long time did you?"
