Chapter 26

After 8 years.........

Cameron's P.O.V~

*Riiiiinggg*

I woke up. It was quiet. I could only hear the sounds of the bird chirping outside. I didn't why , somehow I just felt like I should just do nothing for the whole day.

Why do I still feel something is wrong?

I stood up and went to the window. I sigh. "Maybe I go out to get some breakfast," I said.

So I dressed , get in my car and drove off to Starbucks near town.

"What would you like sir?," said the young man who was taking my order.

"I would like one hot coffee and also one slice of that cake please," I pointed at the cake.

"Is that all sir?,"

"Yes that's all,"

"Okay that will be 17.40,"

I hand over the money , "Okay thank you , your food and drink will be served shortly.,"

I took my change and went to take a seat. As I put my money in my wallet. Suddenly I saw some paper was inserted in my wallet.

I took it out slowly. It was a picture of Eve.It took me more than 2 minutes to look at that picture. I sigh.

I wish I could see you once again , I said to myself.

"Cameron?,"

I looked up, a young woman , her hair was black that laid on her shoulders, but she had dark blue eyes. Is it Jade? No it couldn't be. Jade had light green eyes , besides she doesn't even look like Jade. She look like...wait..it couldn't be..

"Eve?," I said.

She smiled, " it's been a long time,"

"Yeah it is..and you err..you dyed you hair,"

"Yeah I know, trying out something new," she giggled and continued ," well don't worry it's only temporary , it'll turn back to blond soon," she hold her hair.

"So what are you working now," I asked.

"Well I'm working now as banker ,"

"Oh," I smiled.

"So where do you work?," she asked.

"At Lé Ciest de Vie , as a chef,"

"Ohh fine dining eh?," she giggled, " well I'm gonna go now , I'll see you later ," she put a paper on the table , smiled and left.

On the paper it wrote :
