What You Need To Do
Get into a concentrated state. You can sit or stand. For beginners, I would suggest sitting. Once you are in a concentrated state chant:
"Spirits of air, I wish to bare: The power of levitation. So that I may float in air, so mote it be."
To stop levitating chant:
"Spirits of air, I wish to land safely on the ground. Back down to the ground, where I belong. So mote it be."
