Your day started out like any other normal day, bright and full of happiness. Why you ask? Because you get to spend your days with your boyfriend Nick! After all it was summer break, so you shot him a quick text to meet you at the park.
You hopped off your bed, put on your basketball shorts and threw on a tshirt. Today was the day you finally were going to beat Nick at something, every time you two go to the park he always wins, and you've had about enough.
Grabbing your sports gear you were out the door in no time, your raced down the block to where Nicks house was. You saw him standing outside, waiting and ready.
"READY, SET, GO!" And you two were off racing down the street to see who would make it there first, you ran as fast as your skinny frame could take you.
Sadly you tripped and had to regain your balance, this made your brown hair whip you straight in the face, that didn't stop you you carried on. You were only a couple feet away from winning, With Nick hot on your heels you took your last few steps and won.
You've finally beat Nick, the had come to end his winning streak. His face had pure sadness, yet it was happy at the same time, happy because his own girlfriend had finally beaten him.
After your race you decided to go shoot free throws down by the basketball hoops to cool down, which eventually turned into a heated game. Which you won.
You walked back home with a victorious smile on your face, and a pouting Nick following behind you
