"Control to Noisemaker, do you copy?"
"Yeah, I copy." Justin whispered.
"What's your status?"
"120 paces from the East gate, nothing coming up on the thermal."
"Copy that, we'll give you the green light to move. Alpha moved into the complex making her way to the electrical circuit to eliminate the outer perimeter security wires for the fence. Beta is heading to your position, so hang tight. She'll give you three blinking lights to head towards her position."
"Dad, I'm cold..." Mavis quivered, her body shaking. Justin turned to her and wrapped a jacket over her, the night breeze quietly flowing through the air.
"Just a little longer sweetie, I promise" He kissed her on the forehead, looking back in his scope.
"Hey dad?" Mavis said quietly.
"Yes Mavis?"
"I'm really proud of you. You know that right?" Mavis said, smiling at him as he turned to her direction.
"Thanks Mavis, I really appreciate that." He leaned towards her and hugged her, the warmth of each other conserving heat. They kept quiet as the outline of a body guard moved through the darkness towards a corner. Another security guard approached him, as their interaction resulted terribly for the security guard.
Three flashes came from the standing body guard, signaling Justin and Mavis started to stand up. Justin started packing their things, replacing the binoculars and blankets with ammo and his assault rifle. Mavis picked up her pistol and checked her pockets for ammo packs to make sure she had everything and didn't leave anything behind.
Justin and Mavis made their way down the hill towards the gate where they saw the blinking light. As they approached the origin of the light, they noticed Bridgitte cutting away with a torched into the metal wiring. She made a big enough cut so that all three of them could get through. Without saying anything, she ushered Mavis and Justin to crawl through, her following behind. They crept their way towards an air vent cover, ducking from a nearby watchguard. After a couple seconds for the watchguard to pass, Bridgitte quietly unscrewed the hinges for the air vent, opening the vent for Mavis and Justin to crawl in. She put the cover back on, heading her way into the OWCA complex to meet up with Audrey.
"Noisemaker to Control." Justin whispered quietly.
"Justin?" Elaine responded in his earpiece.
"Alright, where do we go next?" he said as he followed her directions through the labyrinth of air vents.
"You're going to go down to your right and make a left at the first intersection. Keep going down the four turns until you hit a t-intersection. Climb up one vent and make the first left. That will bring you down to the first underground level." Elaine instructed him.
Justin guided the way for Mavis as they climbed up the vents to the left turn. A couple feet in front of them lead into a complete drop down into the first floor underground. Mavis crawled next to him, seeing how dark the drop was. She shivered with the fear of how deep the fall was, unsure of her ability to continue on.
Just as she was about to say something, Justin started positioning himself with his legs swinging down. He pushed his feet to the edges of the vent and slowly started sliding down.
"Come on, Mavis! We're just getting started!"
He slowly slid down into the darkness, where Mavis looked down and saw his flashlight light up the darkness. She felt a little more comfortable, since her Dad led the way. She hesitated positioning herself, but once her Dad whispered, "Hey, it's okay. I'll catch you if you fall.", she felt more confident. She slowly slid down, getting caught in her dad's arms.
