I woke up on Saturday. I was released from hospital yesterday. Rhys stayed with me until he had to go home. He showed me my Twitter and the Twitter of the whole of one direction. And the four boys that were in my hospital room that first day. One of them. Ashton I think came in everyday and sat out side my room. He seemed kind enough. It seemed I meant the world to them. I wanted to know why. Luke, I found out was my half-brother. That was all I was told about them. Maybe they didn't want to throw me in at the deep end. There are a few pictures of me kissing the cheeks of each of the boys. I'm pretty sure they were my best friends at some point. But this phone had no pictures.

-three weeks later-

I was hanging out at the beach with Rhys and his friends. School was out for summer. We had two, three months of fun ahead. I was wearing white denim shorts with my bikini underneath. The six of us were just talking about plans we might have. Or house parties we could go to. Jayden was throwing one for his birthday in a few days time as his parents are away on a business trip. I'd think I'd hate it being in a house for a week or so with out parents. I thought to myself. Rhys paused what he was doing.
"I think me and Lucy should get going," he mumbled standing up. I got up too shaking the sand off the hoodie I was sat on and draping it over my shoulders. He put his hand in mine and we walked away from the sea front towards my dads house. The place I lived.
"Are you okay," he asked me. I nodded. We had become very close but I didn't think I could tell him. I didn't think I could tell anyone, "Are you sure you just seem out of it. I'm worried,"
"I'm fine. Just tired that's all," I laughed it of before pulling him to a stop and kissing his cheek. He smiled slightly before picking me up slinging me over his shoulder. He was laughing. But then again we both were. He set me on the ground outside a quaint little shop. Inside was a woman that caught my attention. She looked familiar to me.
"What you looking at," Rhys asked me. Stooping down to my hight.
"Nothing," I replied my concentration lingering on the woman.
"Do you want to go in there," he asked me cautiously. I quickly shook my head as the woman was leaving the shop.
"No. I'm good," I told him, pulling us away. I felt scared. My fight or flight response was kicking in and I had no clue why. I wanted to get as far away from there as possible.

I was at home a few hours before Luke, my brother, came to the house. I was tempted to tell him about the woman but I didn't.
We had gotten back to the way we were - I think. It felt right.
"Lucy," Luke jerked my out of my train of thought,"Do you want to come to band practice?" He asked. I looked towards dad who nodded.
"Sure. Why not," I replied.

We pulled up at a house, which I was told was Ashton's parents.
"Hello?" Luke shouted out letting us in.
"Garage," Ashton shouted back. Luke pulled me through the house and grabbed a bag of chips from the kitchen. He brought me into a garage that had a drum kit in and a few guitars littered about.
"Hey Luke," Ashton grinned. He hadn't noticed me yet I don't think.
"Hey, I brought Lucy. Hope you guys don't mind," Luke smiled back showing off his dimples. I sat on the sofa next to Calum I think.
"How you finding Australia so far," he asked me. His deep brown eyes looking into my own.
"It's interesting to say the least," I mumbled back. I was nervous around them.
"Lucyyyy," Ashton called from the drum set.
"Yeah," I murmured back
"Do you wanna go," he asked holding the drum sticks out to me.
"I can't drum," I told him. Ashton bit down on his lip.
"How much don't you remember," Michael asked. He was concerned but not for me.
"I don't remember much before I got here. Odd things. But not a lot," I whispered. They started to play some music but I couldn't remember any of it. It all sounded amazing but I couldn't remember. I didn't like the fact I couldn't remember. I hated being an amnesiac. I stood up and ran out the house. I continued running. I heard them following me but I didn't slow down. I just willed myself to go faster. I carried on running until I had lost them. It was starting to get cold and I wasn't exactly wearing much. I was walking around now getting myself more and more lost. I pulled my phone out my pocket. I had missed calls from all the boys. I dialled Rhys number. It rang once before he picked up.
"Are you okay," he asked me.
"I'm lost," I mumbled. "I'm stupid. I got myself lost,"
"You're not stupid. I'm coming to find you okay," he said,"Do you know what road you're on," he asked. I could hear him open and close a door.
"No," I admired.
"Wait don't worry. Don't move," he told me handing up. I moved to the nearest wall and leant against it. Rhys ran up to me seconds later.
"You moved," he smiled. Taking my hand in his own,"you're freezing," he mumbled. He pulled me towards a house that wasn't very far away. It was one I had run past a few minutes prior. He let us in. It wasn't big but I'm pretty sure in was his family home.
"It's not big I know, but it's home," he told me.
"I love it," I replied. He grinned at me. We'd gotten really close lately. I liked it. He gave me a hoodie of his to put on as I was just in shorts and a tank top. It was too big for me but it felt nice and smelt like Rhys. By this time we were in his room. It seemed like it was the biggest bedroom in the house. We're were cuddled up watching a film on his laptop. My phone was plugged in to a charger; it was going crazy.
"You should probably check to see who it is," he told me. I obliged. 17 missed calls. 30 texts.
"It's the boys," I sighed. It wasn't that I didn't like them. It was just something seemed off. I knew they knew more of my past than I did but they were keeping something big from me.
"You should tell them you're safe now," Rhys told me.
"I know I should but I don't want to. I'll just send a text to my dad. Telling him I'll be home later," I said. Sending the text. Putting it back on the table.
"
How long is later," he asked me.
"I never said. As long as we like," I smiled at him. He grinned at me. We watched a few more films before I fell asleep.
