Eddie's POV

I walked through the door to our apartment in Manhattan. Jamie was carrying Amy in her car seat,my bag that I had taken to the hospital,my purse,and his very small bag he had taken to the hospital.

"Thanks for the help." He complained "you're welcome!"I said with a smile. He couldn't help but smirk at me being a smart-ass.

He dropped my purse and bag on the floor by the door after throwing his bag down, he carefully brought the car seat over to the couch. I watched him as he gently picked Amy up and held her in his arms. I leaned my head on his shoulder and closed my eyes. 

" I love you." Jamie said quietly, not to wake the baby.

"I love you too." I whispered.

Amy cooed in agreement, and we couldn't help but laugh.

He turned his head and kissed me gently on the cheek, I smiled as he walked to the nursery to put Amy to bed.

He returned a few moments later to find me sprawled on the sofa flipping through channels. He smirked and sat in a chair that was beside the sofa." Whatcha want to eat tonight for dinner." I said getting up from the sofa and heading towards the kitchen."oh no, either I'm fixing supper or we're ordering take-out." He said cockily. "But I'm only letting you off the hook because we are Home Again
