Cravings

Authors note: heres   just a list of weird things Eddie is craving while she is pregnant and what she made Jamie do to get them for her. Just a cute chapter you can skip if you want you won't miss any major plot points. Luv ya bunches!

"Jamie!" Eddie yelled as soon as he walked in the house after work. She was now on maternity leave and had been home all day with Amy,to say that she had cabin fever was an understatement. "Daddy!" Amy yelled running into Jamie's arms. "Hey princess." He said hoisting her up on his hip. "Hold on Eddie I'm coming." He yelled walking down the hall. "Yeah?" He asked as he reached the bedroom. "I need dill pickles with sugar." She ordered. "What?" He asked looking puzzled. "Dill pickles with sugar. You heard me." She said sitting up in bed. "I don't even want to know why on earth you would want that but I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that your cravings have started." He guessed looking kind of discussed at the thought of the food she wanted. She nodded her head pathetically. "Okay,I'll be back. I was planning on having a date with a beer, my pajamas, and the couch but I guess those plans changed." He said putting Amy down. "I'll see you soon,princess, give daddy  a kiss." He said puckering up. "No!" She said and ran away giggling. He stood up slowly."we'll lets see who gets a treat now" he joked sticking his tongue out in her direction.  

Eddie ran into the living room to see Jamie and Amy sitting on the couch watching blues clues and Jamie looking very bored but still trying to enjoy it for Amy. "Jamie were out of grape popsicles." She said with a Popsicle stick in her hand. "And?" He asked only to get one edit Janko's famous 'shut up before I kill you' glares. He let out a loud groan only to get shushed by Amy who was very interested in her show. "You wanna come with me to the store?" He asked Amy who nodded her head. "Okay come on princess."  He said picking her up and they both went to the mean streets of New York to get Eddie grape Popsicles.

"Jamie! Hurry I'm starved!" Eddie yelled and fell dramatically down on the couch. "Chill Eddie I'm coming." He said. They were going to the store to buy apple flavoured ice cream and salmon. That may not sound so weird but Eddie mixed them together, Jamie had to leave the room whenever she ate it because the first time he saw her eat it he puked. "How? How can they not have salmon?" Eddie complained as they walked to the vendors along Manhattan. "Fresh salmon, get fresh salmon here" a vendor yelled. "Yay!" Eddie said quickly shuffling over to the stand. "Eddie no. We don't know what this is. It could be poison." Jamie whispered in hear ear through clenched teeth. He had arrested a vendor that had been selling poisoned food last year so they never bought any kind of food from the vendors anymore. "Oh come on Jamie." Eddie said over her shoulder. She started telling the vendor what she wanted but he wasn't listening. He looked her up and down admiring her from head to toe. "Hey! You don't look at my wife you creep!" Jamie yelled when he noticed this. "Sorry sir, but I don't know what you mean." He said playing dumb. "Come on Eddie,let's go."Jamie said trying to guide her through the crowd that had gathered after they heard Jamie yelling. 

"Ooh...chocolate covered squash." Eddie said licking her lips. Jamie and Eddie had just laid down to go to bed. "Eddie it's three a.m." Jamie stated. Amy had been fighting sleep but she finally fell asleep thirty minutes ago. "Please. I'm really Hungary." Eddie begged making puppy dog eyes. "The puppy dog eyes only work on me when Amy does it." Jamie verified. "Come on please." Eddie said sitting up in bed. "Like I said its three a.m. No stores are going to be open." Jamie reasoned. There was no reasoning,with Eddie. "Jamie, I'm hungry!" She groaned. "A pregnant Eddie Janko- my worst nightmare." Jamie said in a sarcastic tone. "Either you go and get me chocolate covered squash,like a good husband, or you can sleep on the couch." Eddie said with a smile. Before he knew it he was searching for an open store to find chocolate covered squash.
