"Blah blah blah teaching talking trembling!" I say very loudly causing the whole class to snort.

"Trinity do you have something you would like to say?" Mrs. Batten acts angry but everyone knows she's just scared, and for good reason.

"I do but you wouldn't like what I have to say!" I stare at the grey haired, scrawny women. Even her glasses are trembling. I sort of feel pity for her.

"Alright....well then...open your books to page 313." She continues with her lesson.

"I thought she was gonna pee herself!" Nickel laughs, awake from my rude comment.

"I wish she did I'm bored!" I whine. It's clear to Mrs. Batten that no one is going to do the class work so she stops talking. She yells with a voice I didn't even know she had.

"I QUIT!" She yells, "And wipe that smirk off your face Trinity!"

"It's Rin remember?" I scoff feeling sort of sad for her. She is so weak.

"I don't care what you think you're name is, you're Trinity! Just because you're a little girl with daddy issues, doesn't mean you get to throw your weight around. When the school hears what you've been saying I promise...."

"When the school hears?" I ask innocently, "Oh honey the school doesn't have ears, people do!" At this comment Mrs. Batten throws her papers and storms out of the classroom.

"You're in truuuuubblle!" Nickel giggles knowing what I was about to say.

"Everyone can be bought Nickel, if the price is right."

"You sound like a game show host....come on down, you're the next contestant on the Price is Right!" She mimicks.

"Well there goes another one." The entire class says together in unison. They've gotten in the habit of doing that.

"What number was that Rin? Three?" Lexi asks.

"I don't know lost count but actually, it's the fourth one that's quit. Maybe the school will take a hint and hire someone who actually knows how to teach!" I put my feet up on the desk and Mr. C walks in. "Hey C, you miss me?" I give him the best smile I can muster up.

"No, not really Trinity. We just had a long chat fourth period and now this. It's seventh period you couldn't last just a little longer? You were almost home free."

"I'm never free Mr. C, not even at home." I get up from my seat and walk with him down the hallway, heading towards the principle's office; Mr. C's office. I only let him call me by my real name because I respect him. He knows I've got issues and chooses to ignore them. What better friend could a girl ask for?

"Let's get down to business." He sighs.

"To defeat dun dun the huns, yah!" I sing.

"Did they send me daughters...."

"When I asked for sons?" I finish.

This is exactly the reason I respect Mr. C he doesn't miss a beat.

"But seriously Trinity you need to get your act together! You can't sit still during class without making rude comments. Your grades are dropping and for good reason." He starts digging in his filing cabinet for something and pulls out a file labeled Trouble. I have to smile; that's me! He pulls out last week's test that I don't remember doing....oh that's right because I didn't really do it.

"You left all the questions blank! And then to add to it all you drew a whole bunch of doodles and then in big letters wrote...."

"Don't read it out loud! I'm trying to be better!" I grin.

"Fine I won't besides I don't even know what half of these...words mean." He pauses, examining my paper closely.

"Me neither." I sigh, "But I know they're not appropriate." Mr. C laughs because he knows I'm right. I know principles are supposed to "lay down the law" or whatever which he does. He just respects the students so they respect him back. I love how he doesn't act like there is hope for me because we both know there isn't.

"Trinity think about your future. Sometimes grades do matter. You could have at least tried." He shoves the inappropriate test back into the file letting it keep company with all the others.

"I don't need to care about any of this!" I motion around the room trying to make a point. " I won't need to get into college because I'll have enough money to set me for life!"

"How do you expect to get that kind of money when your dad doesn't let you have a cent?" He questions me happy that he's one step ahead.

"I have my ways." Giving him a mischievous smile.

"No you're not talking about this again..."

"I'm going to take over Monster's company and make him regret everything he's done to my family of course!"

"How are you going to do this?"

"Mr. C I thought you would have learned by now....I have my ways." The bell rings telling everyone school is done for the day. "Saved by the bell once again! See you tomorrow C, oh wait, no, I won't tomorrow is Saturday." I pause for a moment thinking. "Unless I creepily stop by your house to say hey...again!" I grin to myself as I run out of the office.

Friday night = Party
Saturday night = Party
Sunday morning = aspirin

"Let the games begin!"
