Baby Isabella

Chapter 4

Esme's POV

"He'll be here in 30 seconds." Alice said.

We were all waiting for Edward to get here with Bella. We all arrived at a 5 minutes difference of each other. Carlisle and I, then Rosalie, Emmett, and finally Alice and Jasper. Edward is driving slower, for the sake of Bella. As soon as he gets here, I will feed Bella, Alice will for shopping for her, and everyone else will unpack.

I heard Edward's care pull into the garage. I ran out and hugged him when he was out of the car. I ran around and took an awake and hungry Bella out of the car. I had 2 reasons why I know she was hungry. First, Alice told me that she would be. A wise tip, don't doubt Alice. Second, I heard a loud sound, the sound of a grumbling babies stomach.

I ran into the kitchen and got the bottle I had previously made. I was about to feed Bella when Rosalie appeared in front of me. "May I feed her?" She asked. I smiled and nodded, handing Bella to her.

"What?! No fair!" Emmett yelled from the living room, "I want to! I was there when Eddie found her!" I heard Edward growl as Emmett called him "Eddie". He hated that nickname from the first time he heard it. Rosalie and I laughed, as Edward growled again. "I was there too," I said. "If anybody has a say, it should be Edward. He found her." I said.

"Yeah, Eddie Boy, who should feed her? Me or Rose?" Edward growled again. "Rosalie, I don't even have to think about it." he said. "Why do you hate me so much?" Emmett whined. I could almost hear Edward's eyes rolling.

We spent the next 15 minutes, unpacking things. Alice and Rosalie left afterwards to go shopping for Bella. They got back 4 hours later with over 40 bags. That isn't nearly as many bags as Alice has stuffed into her Porsche at one time. This should be interesting, I thought. I heard Edward laugh, probably reading my mind again. He chuckled again. I wonder what all Alice and Rose had gotten.
