I was sitting at my desk trying to write but my mind kept going back to Beckett, our public fights had just made it harder to be apart. Somehow I got lost when Alexis came I to my office.
"I'm going out with some friends so I'll see you later okay?"
"Sure, go have fun honey"
"Bye dad"
"Bye sweetie"
I must have dazed out again when someone knocked on the loft door, " who is it?" I called
"Its Svetlana"
I got up and went to the door to see Kate standing there, she walked in and we kissed and she shut the door.
