"That was really fun Louis." I exclaim once we are out of the carts.
"Yah. Lets go on that one now, if your ready. We dont have to. Its pretty high." Louis suggests, then obviously regrets it.
Yes. This one was pretty high. Once we got there and I read the sign, it said 427 feet high in the sky. (and yes I looked it up just for you guys.)
"Louis, that one is really high." I say pointing to the sign.
"I figured." Louis admits looking at the ground.
"But I guess we can ride it. It cant be that bad, right?" I ask wrapping my arms around his neck.
"Ok. And I can hold your hand like I did on the first roller coaster." Louis shared his idea with me.
"Ok." I smile giving him a quick peck on the lips.
We are in line and all of a sudden I really get fearful because we are on for the next ride. Louis said he would make sure we wouldn't get in the very front of the cart because its only my first time and we don't know how its going to go. I might hate it, I might love it. But we cant be so sure.
The cart before us got done with their ride and now it was our turn to ride it. We were seated in the second to the last seat and that's one thing I'm thankful for. This ride might only be not even 2 minutes long, but its really high and scary looking.
"Stay back and keep your hands in the car. any items in hand or pockets may fall out because of how fast or high the ride is!" the speaker spoke into the microphone.
"Are you ready baby?" Louis asks me with a worried expression on his face.
"Yah. I think I am." I slowly nod my head.
"3... 2... 1!" The machine announced then we blasted off.
Its true. This one is really fast. Faster than all the other ones. It doesn't go upside down but it does when it goes up and down. One hill and then the roller coaster is over. One huge hill that most children wouldn't dare to go on. When I come here with my family every year, I don't ride things like these.
Now its time to get off. Louis asked me how it was walking down the stairs to leave the solid area where the tracks lay.
"It was high. But it was pretty fun. I have to admit, its one of my favorite roller coasters now. But I'm only ever gonna ride it with you because you hold me in your arms the right way. The only way I feel safe." I admit.
"Ok, I can ask to go on vacation with you?" Louis suggests.
"Really?" I get excited.
"Yah. Would you like that?" he asks looking down at me.
"No." he frowns. "But I would love it." I try to fix the frown. My statement did the job. His frown turned to a smile gliding from ear to ear.
"Ok. I'll call your mum right now!" he pulls out his phone.
"Louis. Can we wait till we get home, I really want to spend time with you, not call my mom." I beg.
"Of course baby." Louis puts his phone back and walks towards me, embracing me in a hug.
"Thanks Louis." he replies with a you're welcome. "Now lets go ride the Iron Dragon!" I smile.
"Ok baby. Come on." Louis says wrapping his arms around my shoulder walking by my side.
We go on many other roller coasters, including the Mean Streak, Blue Streak, Maverick, Gatekeeper and Rougarou.
After those we went to the car to leave the amusement park.
"Baby I called for a room at the hotel right by here. I also got 5 more tickets so we can invite the boys and Kristen." Louis says keeping his eyes on the road.
"Ok. When are we going, tomorrow?" I ask.
"Yah, if you want. But we have to invite all them over tonight. They'll also have to pay for their own rooms. But Kristen can sleep in our room because she's your friend and I don't want to force her to sleep in a room with a bunched of boys. I also don't want her sleeping in a room alone, that would make me feel selfish. The boys can sleep in one room together. Two on one bed and two on the other."
"Ok." I say.
