Harrold has been really worried since Rachel told him. He's been really short tempered too. So I'm going to stay the weekend at Colbilyne's with Brenna. Cason drove me over there on his way to meet some friends of his.

I walked up to the door and knocked on it.
''Hey C.J. Ariel is in her room with Brenna.''
''Thanks Eric.'' I walked up to Colbilyne's room.
''Your name is too long. We're calling you Ariel.''
''Great more people calling me a Disney princess.''
''You look like a princess to me'' Nick said from behind me.
''Wait you never said he was staying the night.'' Brenna said.
''He's not I just invited the guys to swim. I hope you don't mind but I invited Carter too.''
''Nope I'll be fine but I refuse to put on a swimsuit infront of the entire football team.''
''Aww come on don't ruin the party.'' Brenna whined.
''Fine but I refuse to be happy about it.''
''Yay'' the girls cheered.
''Well I for one am thrilled at the thought of you girls in  swimsuits.'' A boy I never met said.
''Pervert.'' I replied

''Wow really mature you two.'' Carter said from behind me.
''Oh you showed.''
''Yeah, couldn't pass it up. The whole team is coming.''

''Well I invited my cousin miranda and Rachel my sister in law.''
''I invited Paige you know my step sister. And Britney from school.'' Brenna said.
''I invited the whole cheer team, except Courtney. I didn't want a girl fight up in here.'' Areal said.
''Oops, guess that slipped my mind.'' Carter said smirking.
''Great, well you guys know where to find my brother Eric, go change in his room.''
''Yeah we'll meet you guys by the pool.'' I added. Once the guys all left Ariel shut and locked the door behind them. All us girls got changed.Brenna areal and I changed in the bathroom first. Ariel was wearing a seaweed green bikini. Brenna had on a bright red tankini. And I changed into a black tennis skirt over my bikini bottoms and a white tankini top, being extra careful to make sure I was a safe amount of covered and nothing showed.
''Wow we look really awesome!'' Brenna squealed.
''Great.'' I said in mock excitement as we headed toward the pool. It was as big as a football field, no joke.the guys and most of the girls, including Courtney glanced our way from the water when we walked in. I got into the water and Eric and the unknown football guy started my way. Luckily Miranda got to me. I gave her an I need help look and she followed my gaze. She smirked at me and raised her eyebrows. She started talking to Eric and left me with the unknown football guy.
''Hey C.J.''

''I'm Rico.''
''Oh right you're in my history class.''
''Yeah.''
''Cool, not to be rude, but is there a reason you came over here?''
''Well, I wanted to get to know you better.''
''Oh, okay, I have seven older brothers who are very connected to the world. Several know how to work sniper rifles.''
''That's nice but I was hoping to learn something about you maybe?''
''Point taken, I love the color blood red. I hate Courtney. And I can't stand people clapping, the sound annoys me so much.''

''Ariel needs help. Talk later.'' With that I left. I helped Ariel set out the drinks and Rico found me again.
''Hey again.'' He said.
''Listen Rico I tried to be nice but you won't take a hint. I'm not looking for another mistake I mean boyfriend, sorry.''
''Good because I'm not looking for a girlfriend I just want a friend.''
''Oh in that case why don't we hang out sometime?''
''Sure.''
''Great later, the race is starting bye.''
''Bye.'' I lined up and prepared to swim. I'm not good but Ariel asked me to so race I must. The wistle blew and I jumped in. I got third place out of five so I didn't do too bad. Hands wrapped around me from behind.
''I didn't know you had a tattoo.''
''Get off me now.''
''Fine but we both know you love me.''
''No not any more. I don't think I ever did. Now get off.''

''Carter what on earth is wrong with you?''

''I'm gonna call Courtney over here.''

I was all alone by the drinks when Rico approached me again. '' hey C.J.''

''Oh crap.'' I pulled my top down to cover it.
''Why that design?''
''I drew it myself, a bleeding broken heart with an arrow through it outlined in silver.''
''Yeah, its nice. Why on your hip bone?''

''Okay so the truth is I really wanted to ask you out.''

''Okay like you'll go out with me?''
''Okay like you can ask.''
''Okay well, C.J. would you like to go to the movies with me tomorrow night?''

''I was kidding of course I'll go.''
''Great.'' His smile was really big.
''Well I'll see you then.''
''Yeah.'' I walked away and went to the girls.
''We should end the party.'' I said to Ariel.
''Yeah. How do we do that?''
''I'll handle it.''
''Ok'' I turned off the music and turned on the lights.
''PARTY'S OVER BYE EVERYONE!''
I yelled and people began to leave.
Miranda's p.o.v.
''I guess I should go now.'' I said to Eric.
''You don't have to leave yet. Are you hungry?''
''Yeah I guess.''
''Cool follow me.''
I followed him up to his bedroom. He opened a mini fridge and got out two Pepsi cans and some cold pizza. I sat on the end of his bed uncomfortably. He seemed to notice because he came and sat beside me.
''If you want to leave you can.'' He said.
''I don't want to leave, it's just I don't have many friends. This is still kind of new.''
''Well do you want to play C.O.D. and lose?''
''Oh you wish I could beat you any day.''
''Really?'' A smile formed at the corners of his mouth.
''Bring it.'' I was dead serious.
We played for three hours and I was losing, I don't lose. I knew I should have gone home a while ago, but I kept playing. Finally I won by three headshots.
''I really need to go now.''
''Okay, you want a ride?''
''Yeah thanks.'' That ended my night.
C.J.'s p.o.v.
We were in Ariel's room sitting cross legged on her bed.
''Gossip time!'' Brenna squealed.
''Me first, I have a date tomorrow.'' Ariel said.
''Me too.'' I whisper- yelled.
''Who with?'' Brenna asked us both.
''That Rico kid who moved here over the summer!'' Ariel squealed.
''Me too.'' I said angry-ish.
''What!?'' Ariel yelled.
''We should both stand him up.''
''No we should go together and expose him.''
''No I wanna sulk.''
''Come on please?''
''Fine, but then I'm sulking.''
''Fine.'' We all laughed a little when my phone went off.
